  1. with whole show you mean before AFI plays?
  2. Festivals are debatable but the last band playing is the headliner, the band before maybe the co-headliner, whatever you want to call it. LP was opening for pretty much any band they played with before 2001. P.O.D., Papa Roach, Union Underground, Kottonmouth Kings etc. They also opened for Stone Temple Pilots on the Family Values tour. LP also didn't headline Rock am Ring/Rock im Park/Download until 2007.
  3. The time between the doors and the first band depends on the size of the event. I'm sure it has to be at least 1 hour between doors and the first band to have enough time for the people to get inside. It's even 2 hours for arenas for example. It was 1 hour for the Honda Civic Tour, it was less for Projekt Revolution, but I think HCT is pretty similar to the Carnivores Tour. I'd say at least 20 to 30 minutes for the change over of 30STM.
  4. Most venues have a 11 PM strict curfew.
  5. I think it's more likely to me that they'll all do something together during LP's set, pretty much like the Big 4 did. I still doubt that LP actually has the time to come out during 30stm's set cause they are doing the M&G.
  6. LP also opened for Metallica in Dublin in 2003. I'm not sure what's the point to list all these Ozzfest bands individually that LP "opened" for. Ozzfest LP played before: Black Sabbath, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Papa Roach "Off-fest": Slipknot, Papa Roach Summer Sanitarium: Metallica, Limp Bizkit 13.06.2008 Seinajoki: LP played before CMX
  7. Isn't The Rising Tied made mostly from stock samples anyway?
  8. I know what you mean. Honestly the Honda Civic Tour was veery disappointing with that. It wasn't a long tour but it took them until the last few show to add Mike to Bleed It Out, there could have been more, especially if they didn't do it at all the shows. It seems to be a big problem for them to be spontaneous on this stuff. Apparently they need to plan this ahead of the tour to make it happen. I highly doubt LP will join 30STM in any way. It doesn't surprise me at all that you are the first one to violate the only tiny rule this thread has.
  9. The last thing we heard was that Hahn submitted the film to several film festivals this year. Doesn't sound canceled to me. Some movies premiere months before a wider releases at film festivals first. I guess it will get at most a limited cinema release in the US and probably straight to DVD in the rest of the world.
  10. I'm sure they'll play the radio version on TV unless they have Rakim to join them.
  11. Mike said in the interview about GATS that he wrote mainstream radio music before this and that they trashed it, that's not something they want to do right now.
  12. I think the bass (the kicks) are a little flat in this song, but I guess they sacrificed that for making the track louder.
  13. They already announced the next tour so they won't add any more dates to Europe. Special shows (like Berlin in 2012) or TV performances are still possible to be added later on. Pinkpop was ruled out a while ago.
  14. I think, unless they plan collabs before the tour, LP might do the M&G during the 30stm set. I'd really like to see Rakim joining for the full GATS at least on the east coast, assuming that's where he lives. Sadly LP is usually very lame with collaboration stuff.
  15. I think a 2nd song before the album seems very likely, not a single though.
  16. Mark, Preston (and I) are going by car from Florida to Charlotte, but to Knoxville is a big detour I guess. Why don't you take a Megabus from Knoxville to Charlotte for a couple of bucks? and maybe we can pick you up in Charlotte for the show.
  17. The hint in the preview probably means June 2014 not June 14 or whatever which makes no sense. 2 sources came up with the name "Straonit" as the album name. I think it was Shazam and some hidden pic from LP.com I think.
  18. iTunes version is out, in the German store at least
  19. Big countries like the USA and Australia have these traveling "festivals". Especially the US is very different from Europe it that sense, they have all these amphitheaters that are made for this, it's all much easier. They are not really festivals, more like tours, and return every year with a different line up. If they had to build a stage for every tour stop, they wouldn't be just one day. Extended to several days tours like Mayhem would take much longer or hit less places.
  20. I noticed it, but i wasn't really sure. I'm impressed of Rob, can't wait to see this song live and see the band shredding. With Chesters vocals, how he sounds like adds something to the song. It has to be all purpose that he sounds like, sings it this way.
  21. Remove Chester from the song and I'd never think this is a Linkin Park song. Am I the only one thinking this?
  22. nah Mike won't rap his part, they probably just cut that, the song is long enough.
  23. My guess right now is that there will be a radio version, no emcee, shorter intro. It's too long for a radio song.
  24. guys keep it simple, lol. Adding a shitload of links to the same stuff doesn't help anyone.
