you will be surprise, there's a big demand for a t-shirt with album/single cover like this. not just Mike, any other artists do the same stuff. so, it might not suit your taste but it suits others well.

Based on the single cover art, the font is similar to "IN MY HEAD". is it possible if the track and "ALREADY OVER" is in the same universe (read as: album)?

some people think, the band, owe the fans. which is kinda dumb. also, maybe Mike's new solo stuff is for him to warm-up or prep for LP next album? we dont know but there's a possiblities. so that when LP new materials comes up, fans doesnt shock when Mike fronting the band, lead the vocals. expecting "clever" comments like "Mike sucks!", "LP is dead when Chester gone", "sorry mike, chester's better" and etc.

Mike, yes. Not sure about the other 4 guys, though.

there's always a possibilities. there's tons of rock band out there still rocking out after 50s. Metallica, RHCP, Weezer and more. Age is not a barrier. It can be Mike will tour alone but possibilities of they're coming back for one last time is possible

It's a bittersweet feeling because it seems like Mike is going all out (album, tour) and of course this will take over from now until like 2025/2026.

 

They should just announce that LP is gone im tired of waiting.

doesnt make any difference if LP is still here or they're gone for good. they still celebrating anniversaries for the past albums, selling merch and updating their socmed as usual. the only way is not hoping anything.

it will make a difference if you think that way. as for now, anything that related to LP should be celebrated.

from my POV, 

FM = Mike's alternate take of his rap route, talking bout issues, scene in hip-hop community

MS = his rap more towards his perspective as Mike Shinoda, also he integrated some alternative pop music in it.

both is great. FM is more gangster rap kinda thing while MS is personal matter.

i just received my boxset last week. after a month of waiting. honestly loves the boxset. considering it's the same price as before, it's great. but there's few thing that i need to highlights: (ps: this is my opinion okay?)

1. the Vinyls. HT20 vinyls in the deluxe boxset & vinyl boxset is the same, which both has the gatefold cover for HT, Reanimation and HTEP. while for M20, the vinyls is different for deluxe boxset and vinyl boxset. i love the gatefold version cuz it looks much better and presentable.  

2. the CDs. it's great how they put the cd inside the big giant book but make it separate much way better. now i have to open the book many times just to take the cds out. 😂 also, the 3-CD packs has great artworks on the cd itself. 

3. the Misc items. M20 doesnt have cassette, only have 1 lithograph, sticker quality not really great. easy to crumple/torn. the stencils? it's great but im not sure how many will use it. i rather keep it that way. 😂

Well, the new thing added: FREE LPU MEMBERSHIP for A YEAR! that's good enough since LPU revamp this year.

Overall, i love the boxset & the items inside it. i might consider to buy the Vinyl Boxset after this.

it feels weird if they release a cd under the name LPU17 cuz it's been few years back. last LPU was LPU21. hope that they dropped the number thing so they can release anything without any doubt. btw, anybody in here renewing their membership?

(the worst part is that they actually paid to have that poor result, i mean... the faces SUCKED)

you never know the exact cost of making an actual music video vs AI video. plus, the band wasnt sure Lost really doing well. so, save cost is the better way. Lost music video is great for me. better than using old footage of Chester and compiled it to become music video.
