I had the weirdest dream that Shawn Mendes "replaced" Chester. This mainly has to do with that i sleep with the radio on (Can't sleep without radio) and his song was playing. When i woke up, i hoped this wasn't real, turned out it wasn't. (No disrespect to him).

I went from listening to Nobody Can't Save Me eveyday, to not wanting to hear anything of One More Light, cause wound it just to fresh. Some part of me knows he's no longer with us, other part of me completely denies that, and refuse to believe it.

I am in tears right now writing this... When one step closer dropped I was 12, right now I'm 29. This band was a part of my life. I picked up the guitar cause of them. Dead by sunrise was the soundtrack of fall/winter 2009. So many memories attached to that album. I don't know Chester personally, but it feels like I lost a friend... And it hurts, it hurts so bad. Thank you LPLive for also being a part of my life. In true LP fashion, IF Someone Falls Down???? Pick em up.

You're right. Especially on Burn It Down. Although i'm happy i had to experience GATS live. To me it felt super epic. This might be off topic, but out of curiousity, if you had to power to tell the band what to play, what would be your setlist?

Oh no i didn't meant making another Hybrid Theory. Maybe for the next record they'll incorporate things they picked up from writing this record. (If only the band still did a Making Of..) I'm all for the band moving forward

Maybe their next album will have some energy cause. I think they should return making music like they did (Hiphop production team) Why? it worked. If it ain't broke don't fix it lol. I won't play this album alot. I know in a year from now, i won't even play it. I can see why they take lots of pride on these songs, probably due the fact it's more introspective. The music could be ALOT better and interesting.

I already said it the album is laidback. As much how i love the band, i won't play this album alot. The mix on "Talking To Myself" sounds flat (Listening on KRK Rokit 5 monitors). I love the drum sound on "Nobody Can Save Me" but this sounds like they programmed the drums with a Native Instruments Kontakt 5 patch. Drums can make or break your song!!

I still love The Hunting Party. But you're right. Every cycle you see people bashing the previous album lol. I remember when The Hunting Party came out how everyone on here was excited as f*ck!! I hope the album has a bit more uptempo songs. The only song that's a bit uptempo is "Talking To Myself". Songs from Living Things seems to blend well with songs from One More Light
