  1. Could possibly be 9/5 at 1:35pm? Next glitch watch should be at 13:35:00
  2. A good chunk of the fan base were going to get pissed off anyways because they have this mindset that think Linkin Park shouldn't continue with a new singer and replace Chester. I feel like this is a way they can filter those people out, that if they were going to be mad, then they're going to be mad regardless of what they did with the countdown.
  3. The cryptic glitch at 9:05 and was frozen for a few seconds on that number, so now I believe we need to wait another week to see what happens on 9/5
  4. It's wild how in the past few days since the countdown went live, anyone who ever had plans to make an announcement were automatically rumored to be joining Linkin Park that they had to make a statement about it
  5. I'm hoping we get an updated Bleed It Out as right now it's only available in 360p on youtube. But then again they also posted advertising the Numb/Encore [Live] being a 4K Upgrade but it's actually only 1080p so who knows if they are even able to do 4K on some videos and possibly just release it in 1080p instead.
  6. I also noticed that the SFX used for the transition after Papercut into One Step Closer is completely missing from both tracks now on the instrumental.
  7. yes absolutely, I thought I was the only one who noticed this because this is the first time hearing all those scratches at 1:49 so crisp and clear in all its glory, the quality is fantastic.
  8. I don’t understand why everything being released is on vinyl and being marketed as the best sound quality. Whenever I think of high, crisp sound quality, the hiss/scratch noise that come when playing vinyl makes it inferior to me. That’s why as an audiophile who can notice sound quality I’d always choose a CD where you can rip it in WAV/FLAC and have superior sound quality over a vinyl recording.
  9. Papercut still has that synth sound mixed at the end in "Beneath my skin!" Doesn't the physical CD have the version where this sound was removed?
  10. The full live performance is a holy grail most wanted show right now fingers crossed it’s gonna be part of the MTM 20th anniversary box set
  11. Getting the recordings for all the vinyls and cassette is gonna be the hardest because you have to actually recording the whole album as it plays. Hopefully someone here is willing to do this
  12. Mike wasn't having it once he saw the guy messing up, he wanted to change pianist right away lol
  13. Nobody's Listening cuts off right when it starts to get good!
  14. That girl got some amazing harmonies! I like what she did with this
  15. "Echo in the way" has a part that sounds like Chester singing, at the 1:20 mark, was this made with AI?
  16. Does this mean it will only be available at a physical record store in your city and not online? This is the first time I’m ever wanting something that was being exclusive for RSD.
  17. absolutely amazing, this definitely means we will be able to get all the individual stems for the tracks like the rest of the music that end up on the Rock Band video games. looking forward to it!
  18. After seeing the clear shot of the board we can finally come to the conclusion that the Blank spot is "Healing Foot" as it shows they only recorded drums and then scrapped it Serpent doesn't exist. The whole time it said "Shortcut" which is Fighting Myself.
  19. The vocals for Lost fits over Resolution perfectly and if you take the Wizard Song vocals and put it over Lost, it's one in the same.
  20. That's correct. Resolution was the working title for Lost. Brad mentions Resolution in the Meteora booklet when talking about Lost and it's the final version of the song.
  21. What track did he mistaken hearing dont stay demo for?
  22. The 2002 mix will have all the exact same parts of the song we have now, only mixed differently. The drums, bass, guitars, etc. all the individual stems of the track will be in different volumes compared to what we have now mixed by Manny. Gonna be interesting to compare both versions to see how Andy Wallace wanted it to sound in 2002 compared to Manny for his more modern sound.
  23. Maybe Mike didn’t feel like working on completing this track back then? He literally just explained that he JUST mixed all the stems together recently. He didn’t remember that Chesters part was actually recorded back then!
  24. I originally thought this full song with vocals was finished 20 years ago, but since Mike only recently got the multitracks, he built the song and finished the chorus. That explains why it sounds so modern and why it was never released on LPU, because Mike never actually finished the full song with vocals until recently! Very interesting story about how this all came to be.
  25. Meteora is a masterpiece and the tracks that made the final cut on the album deserves its spot. I'm just more surprised that these tracks were kept hidden for 20 years. Even when all the LPU CDs came out, none of it made the cut on those too despite featuring a bunch of unfinished instrumental demos. It seems like after the Meteora era, they committed to their new sound, so releasing those tracks would only mean going backwards in terms of their career so they wanted to just move past it. But 20 years, that is impressive to keeping finished tracks that would have definitely been hits back then under lock and key without ever getting leaked.
