  1. Well Joe is part of Papercuts video commentary, so I dont think he’s gone
  2. I hope that Joe at least will be a part of this. We all know Rob is not available for past seven years so we might see a new drummer, might be Zummo tbh
  3. What a treat, looking forward to hearing the instrumental version!
  4. Just read the thread, I skipped the lyrics arguing though lol. I'm glad I bought only the standard vinyl, however I'm scared to listen to it
  5. Well Rob's drumming is part of LP sound, isn't it? We've seen that with Friendly Fire live drums addition. He has specific feel and groove which fits into the music, does not overcomplicate things, but is precise and consistent, which is a really important feature considering their music catalogue
  6. Then this should be a part of the lore for the song on linkinpedia.
  7. whoa, didn't see that working title coming tbh
  8. It's always nice to get an official instrumental version.
  9. Spiritbox are my favourite “new” band. Been a fan since the first EP, their career is so great, loved them in iwabo, but Spiritbox is miles ahead of anything they made in iwabo. Mike is a beast on guitar and you gotta love Courtneys vocals.
  10. Illenium did a cool collab with Spiritbox
  11. almost every modern metal/popmetal band did the LP sound is one way or another in past ten years. it's time to show them how it's done properly
  12. Ok, SYOTOS had soooo many Bsides, but lately its mostly a song from japanese edition
  13. that's classic Korn, they start a project and they never finish it as it wasnt their top priority. they prioritize own music and touring, which is awesome. I love Korn, they are still sooo good live. However, Korn Kovers was planned sometime when Head left the band and they were basically searching what to do and how to continue. They worked some songs out, but I guess they lost interest in the project as it was not as satisfying as they hoped. I think we'll never hear that cover, even though I'd love to hear it. They rarely ever release b-sides or even demos
  14. Its called supply and demand.
  15. True, true. Hopefully we’ll get some info regarding looking or even moving forward.
  16. there might be a little bit more once the whole compilation is released, at least I hope
  17. yeah, it might be. Id expect a little bit more regarding FF or even QWERTY.
  18. Whats wierd is the lack of promotional interviews etc. regarding Papercuts. Or are there some new articles etc.? I have been busy this week so I might be out of loop
  19. Not by a single chance. It is a common practice to release colour variants of vinyls. I’m surprised that there’s only a few variants tbh. Spiritbox did like 9 different variants with their latest EP and it was cool af
  20. They probably changed the mix and did maybe some programming or added layers. I thought the mix was different than rest of OML as I said somewhere earlier in the thread, this confirms it basically. but nice thing is, that they got together to work on it some more. I dont think that those changes they made were major, but just minor tweaks
  21. Here's a quote from Brad about Friendly Fire from https://consequence.net/2024/02/linkin-park-greatest-hits-album-friendly-fire-stream/ Speaking about the track, guitarist Brad Delson said, “Friendly Fire’ was always one of our favorite songs from the One More Light sessions. Something about it wasn’t quite right so as close as it got to the finish line, we chose to set it aside for later. When we started looking for an unreleased track to include on our greatest hits collection, I was blown away by the power of the song, the power of the storytelling, the power of the vocal, the sonic landscape and I actually thought that it was closer than maybe we had realized at the time.” Delson continued, “We got together to work on it and connect some of the missing pieces that for whatever reason hadn’t revealed themselves during the recording of One More Light. I can’t wait for people to hear it. It’s such a beautiful, compelling, heartbreaking, hopeful story and it really resonates with me today.”
  22. Well I dont think that the rushed comments are critical or whiny, it is just not regular for such release in comparison to boxsets for example. it might be a hint or something
