    FYI they have always incorporated "computer music". Papercut even starts with "computer music". And there's clearly real drums, piano and guitar in Heavy, so yeah

    the instrumental is amazing! I like the guitars very much, they sound very chill without much distortion. Also, dat reverb on the vocals

    Of course we're allowed to dislike LP's music, but I just happen to like almost everything lol. I guess their vocals and melodies just appeal to me overall.

    It's not like variety is a must. For example, THP sounds pretty much the same throughout and it's still a great album. Listened to Heavy again now and I can safely say that I like it. It sure is different and I'm curious to see how this album (cycle) is turning out. One thing I noticed is how smooth the songs ends. Rob's drumming slowly fades out, then the electro beat comes back for a moment and then it ends. I love that

    I hope they incorporate these acoustic versions into the sets. Mike's 'rap' was great indeed. Did anyone else notice how Chester's voice sounded unusually good?

    I don't think OML will be as diverse in styles as MTM for example. Mike did say though that they experimented with all sorts of things, so I think there's some variety

    holy shit. I hope there's no instrumental, cause they've been writing so many songs. May is too far away though.... I guess it's a better release time than March or April

    I do think Heavy is one of the most ''pop-sounding'' song of the album. They needed this modern big hit song as a first single. I'm sure the album will be more diverse / experimental, like Living Things and Minutes to Midnight

    I love it! The vocal performances are fantastic! You can hear Chester delivering some powerfully emotional singing in the 1st verse and on the bridge. I'm dissapointed by the length though, I thought it deserved an extra breakdown or explosive outro or something like that. I'm so excited for the rest of the album!!

    Also, since the lyrics have already been released, I wonder if the song premiere will include an official video. It would be redundant to premiere the song through a lyric video now
