LOATR sounds like reversed guitar harmonics to me possibly as well. I know there's a reversed piano in that synth loop, and playing it all backwards it sounds kind of like harmonics.
LP has a tendency to use a lot of reversing for their synths and other effects. Final Masquerade has a reversed piano in it. The harmonics in Crawling are very likely reversed, as I've heard, and the guitar "swells" in that song are just reversed guitar samples. I've got the suspicion that the main synth of Runaway was reversed, as it sounds much more synth-like when played backwards. SIB's main synth, as virtually everyone knows, and you mentioned, along with effects is a reversed guitar. There's a possibility that in the intro to Lying From You there is at least one element that is reversed. SOTD has a reversed keyboard loop. Reversed guitar chord in What I've Done.
