I used to love the FM shit...but I haven't really touched it in years to be honest. I voted for DBS, I think the songs are better and it's something new and fresh. I actually think Fire is my favorite DBS song that I've heard so far, everyone else thinks it's the worse.

So...Friday we should have Crawl Back In (Live) right? Late Thursday night, early Friday morning for some. I can't fucking wait. I'm sick of the DBS videos teasing with the clips, and then the ringtones, and the shitty low quality live videos.

I don't mind the long wait for the DSP's...but it just kind of sucks that Out Of Ashes will probably be released before the DSP's are. I wanted Fire and My Suffering in HQ to tide me over.

HAHA right? I actually dislike Apathy...I just don't think he's a very good rapper. And like Papelbon said, when he came out on SOB's set at Hartford 07 he acted like he was better than everyone else pretty much. But...I guess I might give it a listen, although I'm sure I'll dislike it.

Um..it still is heavy? It's heavier than most of the songs from LP and the heaviest DBS song we've heard so far...

Thank you for bringing up Slip Out The Back...I think that would be AMAZING over POA. It's my favorite FM song and I think it really would be a total surprise to everyone.

That's crazy that they played in Albany since I live about less than an hour away...I should have went to this show!!! Although, I was in like 5th grade so....haha.

Yeah...I thought The Bravery were pretty boring, although I did enjoy them at Hartford a few days after and I now love the band. I mean, they have opened for U2 I'm pretty sure, so people like them, they're just really different from Linkin Park so I don't think they meshed well with the Linkin Park fans. Strangely, I never buy food once the main stage starts for some reason. I usually just eat tons of shit during some of the Revolution stage bands and buy merch and what not, that way I can get front row. Getting front row at Hartford 2008 meant watching S.D.C., Ashes Divide, Busta Rhymes, The Bravery and Chris Cornell without once moving and believe me, that sucked.

Well...it would make sense lyrically, but I don't think it's correct. It's still better than my guess though...fuck it's bugging me! I think we have the song done except for the 2 lines in the first verse.

Does the single come out on iTunes on August 18th? I guess my question is...will we have the single on the 18th for sure? I don't want it to be like New Divide and not come out til like the end of the day...

I'd love to see Remember The Name or the first verse of Do What We Did...that would be so awesome if that were to happen.

The song sounds so awesome!!! If I'm correct, the HQ live version from Sonisphere UK comes out on the 14th and the single comes out on the 18th. I kinda wish the song would leak...we've been all been waiting since 2005!

LOL kind of old news...but oh well. Do you think DBS will make another record after Out Of Ashes is done and over with? It seems like Ryan and Amir are more excited about it than Julien-K. I don't want what happened with SOB and Mike to happen with Julien-K and Chester...although Julien-K is a more structured band than SOB was.

I've been to 8 LP shows and not all of them really had pits...I'd say Bamboozle 07 and Hartford 07 were the only shows that really did. Not to say there isn't people getting pushed around, etc., but a real pit, only really those shows. But like Astat said, pits are generally after the people closest to the barricade.

The only line I can't figure it out is the ? in the first verse...that's it. As for figuring out the 08 version, that's pretty much impossible without either a high quality audience recording or a SBD rip. Also, I'm pretty sure this is the song that Chester said is about how being an alcoholic/drug addict at the time helped him in a lot of ways. If you read the lyrics in keep that in mind, it all comes together. For example, the lines ''You kiss away all of my pain'' and ''I find salvation in a bottle'' are pretty much implying. We all know drugs/alcohol temporarily, in a sense, kisses away all of the pain.

Why? I think it's great live. I'm actually sick of a lot of the Meteora songs to be honest...especially Numb.
