OML had many full shows in that short amount of time. Argentina, Southside, I-Days, Werchter, and some other clips here and there. I %100 agree that Sao Paulo was too soon for a release like that, even though the energy was amazing. Performance-wise, any show from 2025 beats it by a mile. Perhaps they were just trying things and see how that would look like and then film a show with good preparation. Anyway, I guess plans might have changed and I think maybe we should move on from this show being released.

Looks like Joe was a bit sick at the Hannover show. I wonder if they reveal anything on the next LPTV episode on what the actual reason for Bern show's cancellation was. That would've been sooo good. If Emily did the full scream it would've been a crazy viral moment.

The lack of livestreams is getting very annoying at this point. We're getting close to a year since the band's return and we've only got 2 full shows. I don't remember something like this happening maybe since 2013 or 2008? Add that to the fact that we haven't gotten any news on the Sao Paulo show. It's starting to get frustrating.

Born under a bad sign: In defense of the DJ set
NimaLP replied to bloodbath's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Powerless is the big one in my opinion. Back when LT came out it was one of the most popular songs on the album. Them not performing it live is still mind boggling to me. Whenever a new album comes out, obviously not every song is going to be a setlist staple. But performing as many new songs as possible early on, like they did with OML and FZ gives them a chance. The greatest hits are always gonna be there anyway. They really messed that part up with LT and THP. THP is one of my favorite albums ever and it hurts me to see it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Also just a few thoughts on the THP tour setlist; is it just me or ALTNC never sounded good when LP played it? By the way, I just remembered how "Lift me up, let me go" was everywhere on the setlist lol. -

I really loved the 2014 THP tour set. The summer european tour set had my mind blown. The problem was that there weren't any exciting changes to it after that tour. They had just released their heaviest album, perfect for the live shows and they didn't play a better half of it. I'm so happy that they changed their way for OML and FZ and started to play more new songs. -
I really like Emily's performance on this song. But yeah, I agree it's more of a MS song than LP. You could put it in Post Traumatic and it would fit right in. I hope since the band is officially back, we get more detailed studio footages for the next album.

That's such a cool idea. Sometimes I forget about some of the things that happened in the past 30 days.

Emily is so fun in the studio. No wonder the band grew to like her so much.

Germany is their biggest market. Back in 2014 they played so many shows there. They're one of their biggest draws, I hope they do go longer than 90 minutes.

Not a fan of either Inter or PSG, but I'm rooting for Inter. This is gonna be one of the most important and historic performances of the band, so hopefully they crush it.
-
Happy that both our teams made it to the finals. Good game.
-
I hope it doesn't turn out like the Berlin 2014 show, however, this time they really announced that it's gonna be real and really happening, which makes it worse if nothing comes out of it.

The rhythms and beats are more rock than hip-hop now. Maybe Colin replacing Rob might have something to do with it, even though Mike is the one that writes almost everything.

Linkin Park's lyrics are always like that. You can come up with many interpretations for every song, for every individual and different experiences. Which could also be an issue as well, since some songs have lyrics so ambiguous that it takes some time for you to feel a real connection. Out of all From Zero tracks, the lyrics to this one hit home better than any other. I personally can relate this song to multiple people in my life all with different situations and the lyrics would make perfect sense. You can say it was about Chester and it would make sense. You can say it was about a friend or a family member, alive or dead, and it would still work.

I like black people

It's a very interesting one, if it really was a slip, because this song is so far away from anything OML, well at least the final product. I wonder what the early versions sounded like.
-
Nothing newsworthy really, but this was such a fun interview to watch.
-
I would love a proshot of Let You Fade. The song has a cinematic vibe.
-
I like this one 'cause its song structure and vibe is different yet still has a nice heaviness to it, both emotionally and musically.
-
Interesting that this time he took a bit more time to talk about and give some details on Rob and Brad's situation

I know a lot of people here hate Stained, but I really enjoy listening to it. However, watching and listening to the live version, it's really annoying. I wouldn't miss this song on the setlist if they never played it ever again. I guess they were hoping that this song would do good live because people can sing-along to the melody, but it's not a very energetic song, neither very emotional to get people excited for that.

This was probably my favorite Inside the Studio LPTVs so far. More detailed and quite funny. Now I'm even more intrigued for the episodes for the second half of the album. Someone here mentioned the idea of mixing the footages of all episodes together in a chronological way. Watching the process that way would also look really cool.

To me it looks like by set A, B and C they just mean which song's lyrics are gonna be on the intros (COG/Iridescent/BID). The rotations right now don't make much sense. It's like they're gonna play whatever they want in them.
-
If I recall correctly, Mike and Emily said they have 5 additions to the set during their KROQ interview, which 3 of them are new songs. So far we've had Where'd You Go and Up From The Bottom. So we have 2 more songs from From Zero and 1 old song remaining. My guesses are IGYEIH, Unshatter, QWERTY. Even though I'm still hoping for Final Masquerade.

The demo reminds me of every Meteora demo from LPU albums.
