[AndOne] Posted February 13, 2010 Share Posted February 13, 2010 What I noticed when I watched LIT for the last time that those slowmo parts in most of the songs are taken from other songs on purpose. But I don't get why that was done. It's cool sometimes but they used it too often. Back to the My Suffering video: That shout (from Ryan?) at 0:09, I don't think that even happened at the show or at least not in this song. The file name says FINAL, maybe this site did their own edit of this video. The video sometimes looks kinda weird like it's already been said (aspect ratio). Those kind of editing inconsistencies apply to probably 75% of live DVDs/videos that aren't sourced from raw video feeds. Live in Texas literally does that at least half a dozen times in each song.Yeah that's right, but I think LIT was also cut together from two different concerts if I'm not mistaken. Reminds me of Live In Texas with shit edited in from other parts of the show. Not a fan of that kind of work. Intro guitar sounds like it's from the album version. Way too much editing. Way too much editing.Yeah it didn't sound that 'live' all the time I think, but I might be wrong. Wondering if this will be the only video we'll ever get from the Pro-Shot, we'll see. It's not bad and I'd really like to have more, and in better quality. I also dislike the 'shit edited in from other parts'-thing, but that's probably only done to make it look better. And wrong aspect ratios suck^^ Glad we finally got something now though! You know the intro is a synth sample and the guitar doesn't come in until 0:06, right? The guitar sounds totally different from the album version when it comes in.
