I do like Fire a lot actually. In fact, I think it's safe to say I love it. And I also personally believe that it is better than Crawl Back In.

I don't think Fire would make a good single. But that doesn't mean I don't think it's musically superior to Crawl Back In.

 

Actually, I think My Suffering would have been the best choice as a single, although it's not my favorite song.
