Ladies and gentlemen… it’s finally here! Along with the band’s comeback in 2024, you can put this one in the column of “didn’t ever expect this to finally happen”... Linkin Park performing their first concert in India!

Indian fans have been extremely vocal about the band coming to the country for many years and this is one of the big spots on the planet left for them to visit. For just this world tour, new countries for Linkin Park that they have visited include Colombia (twice!), Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and now India. That’s two in a week with Bahrain! The list of new cities is even higher.

The first show in India takes place in Bengaluru at the brand new Brigade Innovation Gardens venue, which was recently constructed. This is actually the SECOND show announced for India as Lollapalooza India was announced first and then Linkin Park added a second show, a headline show on their own. Around 40,000 fans are expected at this show with another 80,000+ fans expected in Mumbai.

In February 2014, Stone Temple Pilots with Chester were going to make their big India debut and Linkin Park fans were quite excited to see Chester in-person. STP was set to headline MTV Xtreme in Greater Noida, but unfortunately the entire tour had to be canceled as Warner forced Linkin Park back in the studio to finish their next album… The Hunting Party. Looking back, such a logistical hiccup as this is quite wild to have even happened in the first place....

What was going to be a big event never ended up happening and Chester sadly was never able to perform in India. But what is important now is his promise is fulfilled and in 2026, Linkin Park will make their long-awaited debut in the country with two shows this weekend that will see them performing to well over 120,000 fans.

Mike said this week to Rolling Stone India, “Indian fans have been very vocal about us coming to India. I think we’re very appreciative of their patience and persistence.”

The start of 2026 features a short leg of just four shows to kick off the year as Linkin Park performed in Sakhir and Abu Dhabi before heading to India for two shows. The band will return in March where they make their (also) long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand in a run of headline shows.

These shows are coming near the end of the From Zero World Tour (2024-2026), as Mike has indicated in recent interviews that Europe is likely the end of the line as far as tours go for the From Zero era. And then it’s time for some new music!

While there haven’t been any older songs added to the show lately, and we may have lost Let You Fade and Unshatter, the performances by LP are quite strong right now. We do have a new Stranger Things intro to In The End and we do have completely unpredictable song rotations, so who knows what is to come in India?

What we’ve seen so far on the tour is a toss-up as far as song rotations go. We would definitely expect Lying From You, A Place for My Head, Good Things Go, and Casualty to appear, with perhaps a Points of Authority performance too. Beyond that, we have no clue as the band is going with whatever they feel like on a certain night as far as rotation songs go… all three of Over Each Other, Stained, and From the Inside were performed at the first two shows of this leg. Will any of them appear at THREE shows in a row? :)

Linkin Park’s next show is Lollapalooza India in Mumbai on Sunday to end this leg of the tour, where they will get a full 2 hour headline slot. This is rare for a festival with the band as most headline festival slots for LP in the From Zero era have featured shortened sets to about 90 to 100 minutes.

We’re looking forward to it and we're ready for full show coverage as usual!

If you see Dylan at the shows in India, be sure to say hey as he is there representing from New Jersey and is excited to see all of our friends!

Glad for fans experiencing LP live for the first time, I'm sure the energy will be insane.

Don't know what happened to Let You Fade, the band really seemed to enjoy this one...I don't understand why some songs simply disappear from the set.

Ps: this poster is awesome
