RogueSoul Posted Thursday at 04:19 AM Posted Thursday at 04:19 AM We are halfway through one of the biggest weeks in Linkin Park live history, and the festivities continue with the next stop on the From Zero World Tour: Linkin Park are headed to the Netherlands to play their first show ever in the city of Arnhem, at the esteemed Gelredome on June 26, 2025! It's been quite some time since Linkin Park last performed in the Netherlands, last stopping in Amsterdam on the One More Light European Tour. This sold-out show at the Ziggo Dome saw many One More Light tracks come to life in the massive setlist, including 'Talking To Myself,' 'Sharp Edges,' and the return of 'Battle Symphony' after it had been dropped for a few shows. The band rotated in 'From The Inside' late in the setlist to give old-school fans a taste of the old days, while also including tracks like 'Breaking The Habit' and a piano version of 'Crawling' to further scratch that itch. 'New Divide,' 'Invisible,' 'In The End,' 'Numb,' and 'Heavy' from One More Light Live all come from this show, as well! Mike and Chester had also visited Amsterdam earlier in the year to promote the record for the Up Close with Chester and Mike event, performing an acoustic piano set consisting of songs like 'What I've Done' and 'Burn It Down' and holding a Q&A with fans. The band's last show in the Netherlands before this was another sold-out show at the Ziggo Dome, meaning that with today's show, the band's up to a three-show streak of sold-out headlining shows in the country! This show took place toward the start of The Hunting Party European Fall Tour in 2014, and was also the site of the 12th LPU Summit! Before the show, LPU members attending the event were treated to a soundcheck which featured the band jamming and performing songs like 'A Place For My Head' and a super rare performance of the "reggae version" of 'Burn It Down!' Meanwhile at the actual show, fans were treated to new tracks like 'Guilty All The Same' and 'Final Masquerade.' Austin Carlile, formerly of Of Mice & Men, joined the band for 'Faint' for the first time since the Carnivores Tour as well! Mike also whipped out the rare verse from Nick Catchdubs' remix of 'Skin To Bone' from Recharged over his solo medley, as well. Linkin Park's full soundcheck from the 12th LPU Summit at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands on November 7, 2014. Check out the performance of the 'Burn It Down' reggae version at the 2 minute mark, and stick around for 'A Place For My Head,' which wouldn't be played onstage on the tour until 2015! The band's previous visit to the country was for the Pinkpop festival in 2012, the second stop on the Living Things European Tour that opened the world tour. Opening with a legendary run of 'A Place For My Head' with its new intro, 'Given Up,' 'Faint,' 'With You,' 'Runaway,' and 'From The Inside,' this show was nothing short of epic right from the start. Fans got a taste of the new album with 'Burn It Down' and 'Lies Greed Misery,' while also treating them to their first taste of A Thousand Suns material after having missed the country on their world tour with 'Waiting For The End' and 'The Catalyst.' The band's previous show in the country before this was also at the festival, performing at Pinkpop 2007 near that start of the Minutes To Midnight European Tour. Opening with 'One Step Closer' into 'Lying From You,' this show brought that 2007 energy in a ferocious way. With songs like 'The Little Things Give You Away' and 'No More Sorrow' fresh off the presses, fans both new and old had plenty to jam to at this show. Linkin Park had made two other appearances in the Netherlands before this, both on the Hybrid Theory World Tour. The latter was their first headlining show in the country, closing out their European Tour in September 2001. Their very first show there, however, was earlier that year in March, opening for Deftones on their Back To School Tour. We don't have a setlist for either of these shows, so if you were there and happen to remember any details, let us know! Arnhem brings the total amount of shows up to seven now (with eight overall appearances in the country), and we can say under good authority that this one may be the most massive yet! Linkin Park's latest show of the tour was at the I-Days festival in Milan, Italy, with the band performing to a massive crowd of 78,000 people and delivering a massive setlist to boot! The band changed things up for this show, performing a longer festival set and adding in some rotations. Act I featured three songs that have been in and out of the set all at the same time: 'Crawling' returned to its original #2 spot in the setlist where it was for 2024, while 'Cut The Bridge' and 'Lying From You' followed before 'The Emptiness Machine,' with 'New Divide' being dropped for a third show in a row. 'Where'd You Go' made its second festival appearance (the first being Sonic Temple earlier this year) before 'Waiting For The End,' and while 'Castle Of Glass' was dropped in the spot following, the solo medleys made their first festival appearances, and Mike whipped out Verse 3 of 'Until It Breaks' over his! 'Two Faced' took the heavy rotation position before 'One Step Closer.' The ballad rotation made its festival debut as well, with 'Stained' being performed for the third time ever and the first time since Raleigh, North Carolina in May. In the encore, 'A Place For My Head' replaced 'Let You Fade' once again as they battle out for the encore spot between sets. 'A Place For My Head' seems to be the festival favorite now with 'Let You Fade' being a headlining special. Linkin Park performing 'Heavy Is The Crown' live at the I-Days festival in Milan, Italy on June 24, 2025. Emily pulls off nearly the full scream here, stopping just a few seconds short but pulling off an awesome and dramatic display while doing so! What awaits us in the Netherlands? This is the first headlining show since broke their own headlining attendance record in Berlin, Germany last week. We can expect a full setlist to return, but a few questions remain given the changes made in Italy: will Act I remain in the new format with two rotations, or will 'New Divide' make its return? And which song will come out victorious in the encore between 'A Place For My Head' and 'Let You Fade?' Other than that, we can speculate about the rotation slots, especially given that there are a few songs we have not seen in quite some time. 'Points Of Authority' has yet to be seen in Europe at all in the early rotation spot, while all the other songs it shares the slot with have already been played on tour. In the heavy spot, we've seen 'Casualty' and 'Given Up' so far, but no sign of 'Keys To The Kingdom' (despite The Hunting Party celebrating its anniversary recently) or 'IGYEIH.' All the ballads have made an appearance, but each song has only made one appearance, with 'Over Each Other' being out for the longest having not been played since Hannover. We're sure the band is waiting for the right moment to whip these all out, but it feels like the Netherlands might be the perfect place for some of them! What are your predictions for the setlist in Arnhem? We've only got one opening act lined up for Arnhem, but they are perhaps the most anticipated combination of the whole From Zero World Tour! Spiritbox will be performing before the band for their second of three shows on the tour. The hottest new metal band on the scene this year, Spiritbox certainly made a massive impression on Linkin Park fans in Italy! Performing classics like 'Holy Roller' and 'Circle With Me,' Spiritbox's set introduced the Linkin Park audience to their mixture of heaviness and ethereal melodies. New tracks from their latest record Tsunami Sea made up a majority of the set, opening with 'Fata Morgana' before getting into 'Black Rainbow' and 'Soft Spine' later in the show. Closing with 'No Loss, No Love,' Spiritbox's set was nothing short of monumental. Definitely don't miss their set if you can make it! Spiritbox performing 'Soft Spine' at the I-Days festival in Milan, Italy on June 24, 2025. The band really erupts onstage, and will prove to be one of Linkin Park's most massive openers ever! Who's going to the show? Weatherman Rogue Soul here to report that our streak of great days continues (loosely) with Arnhem - there'll be some rain showers in the morning and potentially more throughout the day, but the skies are expected too clear and the sun will shine on the city in time for fans to enjoy the day before the show! Temperatures will hit a peak of a calm 23°C, and won't dip down much with a low of 15°C. After this show, Linkin Park will finally perform their highly anticipated sold-out show at Wembley Stadium in London, England on Saturday before returning to Germany for a show in Düsseldorf. From there, the band returns to their festival run with shows at Rock Werchter in Belgium and the Open'er Festival in Poland before wrapping up the tour with two nights in Frankfurt and a massive show in Saint-Denis, France! We've been updating our Linkinpedia show pages over the last few weeks leading up to the tour with new features like more statistics, highlighting rotation songs, a banner at the top of the guide, and lots more, so be sure to head over there and explore what we've been up to! We've also recently launched an LPLive Newsletter for those looking for more of a TL;DR version of what's going on with the tour than my pre-show posts - we'll be sending it out every couple of weeks so as to not flood your inbox, but we'll be bringing you an overview of both tour and general news updates in these, so be sure to sign up if you haven't already! And if you haven't noticed, we've made some upgrades to our LPLive and Linkinpedia servers so both sites should be running a lot more smoothly now! We'll have you covered on everything the band does at this show and everything they whip out for the rest of the year, so be sure to sign up on the forums and follow us on social media (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook)! lpaa9 Posted Thursday at 06:32 AM Posted Thursday at 06:32 AM Excited for tonight! Too bad it’s at the Gelredome instead of the Ziggo Dome. The sound (and the facilities) are much better there. Really hoping for IGYEIH tonight. And next week I’ll see them again at Rock Werchter. Twice in one week, can’t wait! Quote

The Ziggo Dome only has a capacity of 17.000 people, that's just way too small for current LP status. Also it's great that we don't have to get to Amsterdam. Finally an artist with this status acknowledge that there's more than one city in The Netherlands -------------------------------------- I'm so excited! This will be my first LP show in my home country. In 2017 we've booked a trip to Italy thinking "we will get to see them next time", little did we know... My first concert was at the LPU pit in Paris in November. It was such a blast! i was so happy finally hearing LOATR, ITE, Numb etc live. I really hope we'll get too hear Let You Fade, LFY, and KTTK live. Also hoping for Nobody Can Save Me since it's my favorite song ever, but that ship has sailed sadly. (Luckily i did get to hear it in the PT tour at the Amsterdam concert though) -------------------------------------- I wish everyone a blast at this concert, and if you would like to meetup, hit me up! Would love to meet some people from here Edited Thursday at 07:08 AM by GreyFox-AFCA Quote
