Just for a question of HYPE, planning the sale etc, or is there something behind it? Like shortly before - or after - the release of some announcement? What do you think? That book is not an official Linkin Park release. I doubt the author has "inside info" regarding anything happening with LP as well Quote
SardonicallyParanoid Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 One thing I think, if they're going to continue and they DO move on with a female singer, they need to play to her strongest abilities for their first album. Show off what she does best and then show she can do it all through the live stuff before getting testy with it. That's just me, though. Quote

It would be unfair to ask for a singer who can play the whole catalog but atleast he/she should be capable of playing 80% of the main albums. I dont want a vocalist that avoids the screaming parts and just let the crowd sing most of the song. I wonder what is going to be the role of the female vocalist? is she going to be considered a member of the band? new songs? tour only? Quote
KiddIsAlive Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 We'll know in 25 hours probably, that's exciting Quote

Yes, ironically, there is a chance that LP might sound more than classic LP than it has for the last 15 years or so. Quote
