It was a huge success! Skype calls and studio visits were all mostly completed this past week as well. All the masters are now complete for the Time Capsule and we’re working hard to finish the liner notes for the package. Once that’s done it will be sent off to our graphic designer Tom Dolan to do the layout & then on to manufacturing. Thanks for being patient on this project, this has been a huge undertaking for our small team! We’re very excited to get this into your hands as soon as possible. Also, know that every package that we can fit a Transformers game score CD in will have one included when we do all the final shipping. I realize it. I obviously paid my fair share for it. I talked to Julien-K in Boston a few weeks after Chester's death and they said it was pretty much ready to go and just needed to add a few finishing touches. They've been talking about it since 2016. I understand Chester's death was a big deal to Ryan and Amir but the entire release is all songs that were all already recorded and what not. Linkin Park has played a huge show at the Hollywood Bowl and is releasing a live album and possibly even LPU 17 and Julien-K still hasn't released it. Lol. Hmmm, I see that the third disc has the 2007 Casper show. Could this be why there was a mysterious one-cam proshot that somehow leaked on TPB in 2008? But yeah, I'm glad they finally decided to release a live CD component in the Time Capsule bundle. Well, technically 2 if you count the 4th disc having SDS Sessions Vinyl tracks. Nah, Ryan and Amir have talked about that being included for many months now. I think it was one of the first things confirmed to be on Time Capsule. I wonder if it's the entire set though, or just Palm Springs Reset and I'll Try Not To Destroy You with Chester. They uploaded a YouTube video of Palm Springs Reset from the show years ago and it's still up as far as I can tell (in lower quality than what will appear on the CD). If it was the entire set, that would be epic as all hell, as it contains DBS, JK and a LP song, but I highly doubt they will put that on the CD. http://lplive.net/shows/db/deadbysunrise/20111112 I think we will get Time Capsule by the end of 2017, hopefully. Maybe they will start shipping them in December in time for the Holidays or something.
