I'm glad he's finally being recognized for the amazing artist and person he was. It has always annoyed me how he was underrated in both the critic and public eye all these years.

Heavy is currently #32 on US iTunes but it is rising, so It should be back inside the top 30 shortly. Heavy has been on one hell of a rollercoaster; It's a tough little song that isn't quite giving up yet. Heavy is #16 on the Billboard Pop chart, making it their biggest hit on that chart in 9 years. It is #16 on the Billboard Adult Pop chart, as well, and #3 on Billboard's Hot Rock songs. The one place where the song is struggling is on Spotify. Heavy is currently not even in the top 200 in streams in the US. It needs a lot more streams; hence, why it's ranking on the Hot 100 is still somewhat low compared with it's other stats. In all other areas, it's kicking ass for the most part.

Nah, Drake is too high and mighty to be seen on a track with LP. I don't like him personally, but that's how it is.

Heavy actually did better than the ranking suggest. Drake dropped an album and brought in some huge streams, so he charted a whopping 21 new songs. If it weren't for him, they would have been all the way up to #58.

Stormzy is definitely talented but I can't get over the way he says boot lol. I still am not really sure how I feel about this collab after hearing some of his material, though. Hopefully, it will surprise me in a good way.

The song sounds great so far, and has a lot of potential. Having said that, I'm ready to see what Kiiara can bring to this track, assuming she is even on it.

I'm looking forward to some really "heavy" and emotional lyrics from this track. I want all the feels to happen after listening to this for the first time.

Finally, a female vocalist featured on an LP song. I've waited for this for a while now, and I'm excited to hear it!

The long wait without a release date paired with what Mike has continually said about everything being a surprise, is making it seem like they are going to drop the single on a random day without any warning, and that worries me. I want the lead single to do great, but if they take this route it might hurt the song's potential on the radio/charts. I really hope whatever they have planned with this release, they do a much better job than what they did with the release of GATS; that was just terrible and lazy.
