I still can't believe I'm going. Plan is to fly in day of, fly out the night after (red eye back to the east coast) at a really cheap rate.
Section G1, thanks to the kindness of a very good friend who grabbed presale tix when I couldn't.

Love that this is still circulating. Listened to it for the first time in a long while just a few days ago. Would have loved to have had just one more chance to tape them.

That's the way the DSPs are originally tagged. I want to know why
Many of them were tagged with the name of the metropolitan city the venue is most associated with. Auburn, WA would be Seattle, Auburn Hills, MI would be Detroit, St Paul, MN would be Minneapolis, etc. It's a fairly common practice, not just an LP or DSP thing.

Yes the content is the same.
So if anyone is interested here's the Pro7 version but with the dubbed Youtube audio.

The video is untouched I just fixed the fps on mkvmerge.
Maybe we'll get a proper audio sometimes who knows.
Thanks for this.

Good to see the Shinoda sketches in a good home.

Here's an example of a difference between LPL and LPA: during the hype right before THP, a fake tracklist was released ("Viserion" was a title on the album), and we posted about it here but LPA was more cautious and there was some backlash over their hesitation. Of course, they were right in the end.
But yet they manage to piss off many with their ill advised April Fools prank that Chester had his foot amputated.
I'd rather post speculation about a tracklist and retract it than put out information as a prank in poor taste. Especially if they still enforce the rule about not posting personal info about band members - when last I visited, I think they were, but that was some time ago.
I myself haven't had too much experience over there recently, echoing the sentiment that many others have that the there's a cloud of negativity toward the band over there. It may have changed, but I've not really had reason to go to the site as most everything gets posted and reposted via social media and other sites.

Can't wait. Should be better than this version.
Check your PMs.

I'll have my recording up tonight, unless someone beats me to it and uploads a superior source.
-
Just confirmed with 'rockcat' over on dime that he's uploading LP along with 3 other sets from yesterday.
-
Can you upload it on lp-bits also?
I don't have the ability to upload there. I'm sure someone will though.
-
Please don't upload it in DIME. Anywhere else it's OK
It will probably go up on dime first, then other mirrors shortly thereafter.
-
Anyone have recorded the AXS's broadcast and is able to upload it?
If the guy who's been uploading ROTR on dime doesn't do so by tonight, my recording should be ready to be uploaded.
-
Who pays to see someone they don't like?
Chuck Cheese would.

I've got 3 very early pieces, HT soldier concept art done by and signed by Mike. They were auctioned off for charity a few years back.
-
Thanks Jonas.
If anyone would prefer a direct download, I do have the file saved to my dropbox account.
-
lets create a ftp with all existing shows! hahaha
Fuck FTP. MSN nao!

Trading still exists, it's just different from what it used to be
I know. It's a little funny to me as I'm one of those 'rogue' traders who started circulating shows without permission, as did many of my colleagues on staff here at LPL. Looking back, yes, we contributed to the downfall of trading as we knew it, but we still managed to obtain and circulate a ton of great shows in the process and built this site in the process.
-
Question is how do trading rules apply when I'm not a trader anymore? I would share Antineas source in seconds
WTF is trading? If you mean that fun thing we all did pre-2007, no one does that anymore.
-
I'll be there for sure. Just count me in for all future Philly-area LP shows. Crowds are too wild to skip that. Plus, I know a guy who lives there who enjoys hosting smelly zombies.
Now that my dog likes you, there should be zero problems.
Not sure if my kid will like you as much though.

- WWMR in Philly does MMR*B*Q at Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ in early May. This would fit between Rock In Rio USA and Rock On The Range. The lineup hasn't been announced for 2015 yet. http://www.wmmr.com/events/mmrbq/
You're coming up for this if they're confirmed, I assume? *crossesfingers*

Great recording. And agreed, always a nice surprise when a search for 'Linkin Park' turns up something new on dime, whether it's previously circulated or not. There's not enough LP out there, especially since DSPs killed taping and trading for awhile.
mp3 version, stolen from Jonas in another thread, all credit to him:

Hmmm... AXS has broadcast Rocklahoma for the last couple of years as I recall. Fingers crossed they broadcast this year as I'd be recording the sets for many of these bands. Probably everything, to be honest, but LP would be my first priority.

I broke my ankle this time last year, might be similar to what happened with Chester, but I can't comment for sure... I was able to walk via the air cast (same as Chester's) within a week of the injury, albeit with crutches. I was also under doctors orders to be on pain meds and rest/elevate the ankle, something I wouldn't have been able to do had I had 2 hour concerts to be a part of. Chester's a trooper. Hopefully he'll be in AC and they won't be cancelling the show!
And Geki will always be Geki. The deadline for complaints was about 2 minutes before he first posted, so they're null and void IMO.

I think you traders are getting a lil anal retentive lol I remember back in the day you were just happy to get stuff.
Yeah, then we got older and realized that there was a lot of crap in circulation!
Glad to see you're still around.
