  1. If we want to be consistent the best option is to have a separate "Rehearsals" page and throw everything in there, dates with or without setlists, sources or notes.

  2. Rapology 11 tracklist (courtesy of Curt):

    1. JD & Da Brat - The Party Continues

    2. Ice Cube - We Be Clubbin'

    3. Militia - Burn (Remix)

    4. Black Caesar - The Symptoms

    5. Bahamadia - Drop

    6. Goodie Mob - They Don't Dance (No Mo')

    7. Mr. Choc - Drop

    8. Das Efx - Rap Scholar

    9. Killah Priest - One Step

    10. Godfathers Of Latin Hip Hop - Players Delight

    11. Fatal - Everyday

    12. Truly OdD - Drop

    13. Money Boss Players - Dollar Bill

No Xero or Styled Of Beyond.

  3. You guys were pretty sure there was no more stuff before Rapology 12 (can't find the damn post) and now info about 11.

Actually we had 11's artwork around the same time we got the Rapology 12, but we weren't sure if it's only the artwork or if there's an actual track on it so we've decided to give it a few days before posting.

The sentence you're refering to was based on information from Lee but was fixed later (and that's the reason you can't find it):

For those of you who ordered Rapology 11, Lee says he think Joe did the artwork for that one.

"Mike used to do art for me and Joseph was my assistant when I was doing the Rapology series. I helped get them together and would introduce them at clubs like the Troubadour, Whisky, and The Mint here in L.A. I believe Joe did the artwork for the Rapology 11 as well."

  4. There are three known orders for this CD:
Astat, Afresh91 and Curt. The first one was a mistitled CD and the second one never arrived so I guess we'll wait and find out what's going on with the third. If Curt bought his CD from where I think he is, I guess there are better chances to get it this time.

Of course the real question is if there's any contribution from Mike/Joe other than the artwork.

  5. 1998.01.15 San Juan Capistrano, CA, Coach House (Zero, Sounds Of Creation)

1998.01.16 West Hollywood, CA, House Of Blues (Little Feat, Zero)

1998.01.18 Ventura, CA, Ventura Theatre (Zero, Miracle Ticket)

1998.05.02 Fullerton, CA, Club 369 (Livid, County, Zero, Twisted)

1998.05.05 Ventura, CA, Ventura Theatre (Zero)

1998.05.06 San Juan Capistrano, CA, Coach House (Zero)

1998.05.08 West Hollywood, CA, House Of Blues (Mother Hips, Zero, Tom Hall)

Zero is a rather generic band name, but I think that Club 369 show is probably the likeliest candidate to really be a Xero show. Just a guess, of course, as we should look into all of them to be sure.

A bootlegs guide for the band Zero can be found here with most of the dates and setlists, nothing to do with Xero.

  6. I'm on my phone right now. Why do I have everything in bb codes, when I want to edit some of my post. If I want to edit a thread wit the list I'ts impossible to do that.

Switch to any of the regular themes (just not the mobile one) and toggle off the bbcode by tapping on this switch on the upper left of the edit window: switch.png

  7. hahahaha believe it or not we hadn't found it at that time xD

We had :P, with all the effort you threw into it we wanted to surprise you as well.

Soul's "We should have an update on this soon.", Mark's "I don't think we are ever going to find it." and mine were all just a silent teasers.

  8. We've decided to bring back this sub-forum since there are a lot of news currently and some of the links you guys are posting in the Shoutbox gets lost in one way or another. Use this sub-forums to post anything you feel that's News-worthy and we'll move it to the Newswire if needed.

  9. This is my biggest issue: why, after all these years, being one of the most famous bands ever with all the fame in the world, would LP decide they need to make their most poppy album yet?

I know talk is cheap and I'm not in that position, but if I were in their shoes, I imagine I'd be making whatever the hell I want to make... Not thinking "Oh that Justin Bieber's doing well in the charts, I wonder who writes his stuff".

It just doesn't reflect well on a band like LP, who are known for being their own sound, their own genre, to be teaming up with people who should represent everything that LP shouldn't be.

Maybe it's more like a state of mind of "we can make by ourselves any subgenre of Rock or Hip-Hop but Pop isn't really our territory so let's bring people who knows better than us how to create a good pop song". I did this connection as soon as I heard the words "pop" and "guest writers" but I haven't heard yet the band members saying something like this.

  10. During the comeback shows of Fort Minor Mike played a song from each studio/remix album of Linkin Park except Meteora:

A Place For My Head, Enth E Nd, Numb/Encore, Hands Held High, Waiting For The End, Until It Breaks, and Castle Of Glass (Remix).

*Not counting The Hunting Party since it was the current album tour.

  11. The updated list is on Linkinpedia:

    ---
    http://linkinpedia.com/index.php?title=List_Of_Unreleased_Songs#Chali_2na

MVRemix: Who's going to be producing on the album?
Chali 2na: I got production from Nu-Mark, Babu from Dilated Peoples, Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park, Dez, Vitamin B, and people like that.

    http://www.mvremix.com/urban/interviews/chali2na.shtml

"We're kind of taking it easy now. I'm doing some production for other artists, mostly hip-hop," Shinoda continued. "I have a track that I hope is going to be on [Jurassic 5's] Chali 2na's solo album. I've got a track on the new Handsome Boy Modeling School album. We're always busy, but right now we're just doing little fun things."

    http://www.mtv.com/news/1493525/two-new-projects-let-fans-walk-a-mile-in-linkin-parks-shoes/

For some reason I always assumed Mike was featured on a Chali's song and not that he produced a song for him.

  12. Feels Like Forever is one of my favorite songs from Restoring Force, cool to see Mike contributed to it.

Small correction for the Linkinpedia page: The Montreal set is fake (it includes songs that weren't even released at the time). The song was debuted at Southampton later in 2014.

Thanks, fixed. A lot of wrong info on setlist.fm so we're trying to avoid it and use it only as the last resort and that's exactly why.
