Does anyone know how much time the bundle takes to arrive? And also it's better preorder it now or just a few days before the release?

Did someone know how is to order the bundle from europe? When and from where the merch was dispatched and how long it takes to arrive? Also the t-shirt size will it be in centimeter or inches? And how can I have the Digital album and the lpu membership since these will not be dispatched?

Last years with LPU15 I've made an lpu account with no membership and I watch all the content.As soon LPU 16 has launched I logged into my account and I can't watch the old lpu videos, but I have acces to the other content like the lpu forum or the store
