Technically speaking, it's a festival;but it's work the same way the iTunes festival works (lot of bands, but performing in separate days) as for the opening bands I think there's only one since it's scheduled to play an hour before LP

Yeah;I saw Green Day last May in Milan and I think LP could easily sold out a 35k capacity arena; But - as last year told me - I'm gonna doubt they'll headline a show here even if you'll never know. For the moment I'll take a look at foreign date, so I didn't make the same mistake twice; Then if they'll came back to Italy, of course makes things simple for me.

I also rember that Green Day plays Dookie in full three time prior to Reading (In Belgrade, Vienna & Brixton);so there's still a chance we'll might see more HT songs next year if the band want rehearse it
