Finally I'm not the only person who thinks WTCFM would make a great show opener! But we all know the set now ;)

  2. If I talked about what I'd like to see in the setlist this time, I'd say so:

Would be very cool to see them let go of "all of the hit singles" formula, would be good to see some songs like "With You", "Points Of Authority", "Don't Stay", "In Pieces", "Valentine's Day" make their way back into the rotation. Would be even better if they suddenly will please us with "Easier To Run" or "Figure.09"(well, that, pretty much, will never happen)..

..but on the other hand I gotta keep things real:

I guess the differences with ATS cycle will be very little, maybe 3 older(honestly, I'd say these could be any songs from the back catalogue, but most likely it'll be something heavy, since they've been talking a lot about "energy of the live shows" recently,) songs will be added to rotation, besides the 2 new ones.

Everything from ATS cycle will still be there at the times, besides interludes, "Blackout" and "The Messenger". I also hope, that "When They Come For Me" will be out of rotation this time.

    Just my 5 cents.

When They Come For Me is an epic live song, I hope that one stays for a while. The reaction it got during the MSG show was almost shameful on the audience. Everyone complains they want more of Mike rapping and that song is Mike's song.

  3. I still hope they close with OSC this tour, but who's to say BBoys isn't Backstreet Boys ;) Also, that letter above the encore looks like it could either be Crawling or OSC, looks more like a C to me.

  4. It would be cool if they did body scans of all the members, and included a different member on each single cover. So for example a song that's Mike heavy, include Mike, guitar heavy Brad, bass heavy Dave, and drum heavy (Victimized maybe?) Rob, and then make Tinfoil a single for Joe :D

  5. Looking at the album as a whole Blackout to me is a song about the government, and how inevitably, they somehow screw us over. At the same time, we all want to be patriots and believe the best of our country and the way it's run, hence the lines "I'm stuck in this bed you made, alone with a sinking feeling, I saw through the words you said, to the secrets you've been keeping." The secrets refer to how the government runs things. The band is watching the world fall apart, and they can't help but hold on to the lies the government is spreading because they think that they can still hold up this lie as a truth.

  6. This completely destroyed my hype... I was really hoping for a MTM-driven sound...

    More rap and dubstep remixes...

Agreed, I had gotten an M2M with electronic bass lines sound vibe from the earlier descriptions, but I'm really glad they didn't take that suggestion to have others produce their songs. Continues to show how original the band can be :D
