Brazilians you amaze me ever since I started trading back in 2004, lol....

Someone captures the SD broadcast stream, bloats it to a 4,5GB 720p file and advertises it as "best possible quality". I mean, thanks for sharing something, but this is a deception, lol. Didn't even get the aspect ratio right^^

Dafuq are you talking about, lol. Tricking people? One version is the original SD broadcast stream, the other one is a 700MB AVC encode. The encode doesn't look bad compared to the mediocre original, there's still a difference though.

Is it necessary to have a good ratio for What.CD? cuz at my internet spedd, thats not possible

Not really, there's a "required ratio" you have to hold, and the rules are very fair. The more of your downloads you continue to seed, the lower your required ratio will be. For example, when you seed all your downloads for at least 72 hours/week, your required ratio is 0.00 (!) until 20GB downloaded.
