Actually drums are of punjab (a region in India) folk music influenced , have nothing to do with Africa !! This has been a popular misconception since ATS came out. I have been listening to this kind of folk music drums ever since i was a kid .

I really feel that article "Rock music sucks now and it's depressing" has a big hand in shaping how this next LP record turns out. it was only this time that Chester was on tour with STP and in an interview he said that when he went back to LP camp all the music was turned from electronic to heavy punk driven.

Yea man i was trying for meet n greet package on their website but that is fucked too.. Anyways i can say we hopefully get LP in next asia tour coz we are trying amd are really deep into it.. I along with a organiser have been talking to the LP's booking agent for that and things are going well coz they had informed us back in August that they will be planning LP tour in January - feb... They are assuring us late 2014 or 2015 spot. And i kinda discovered an important info - LP was supposed to perform in India in 2011 asia tour but we had monsoon here so it just couldn't happen.. It was almost finalised the agent told us.

I am suprised too. It is super late, also it was supposed to be Mumbai show but instead it's in Delhi.. Anyway the venue is amazing, the Buddh International Circuit, the site of India f1 gp... I saw Messhugah and Mutemath there in November... The tickets went on sale just now for STP gig in India.. And there hasn't been official announcement just yet..

In other interview , Chester mentioned that in this record they are recording vocals and music right from the beginning unlike previous album recording process.

EMI India (warner) somehow is involved in this and we are in very good contact with them , they told us there are a few organisers actually involved right now in the process of getting the band here.

Yup its been done , we are surprised too why LP chose to skip India . 2011 dates clashed with Metallica that we heard was one of the reasons at that time.

Well there is one of the biggest LP fanbase here in India , people will definitely buy tickets , other big bands like Metallica , Megadeth , Lamb Of God , Iron Maiden , Guns n Roses had plenty of sale . Poets Of the Fall also had massive sale of tickets .

I really hope India gets a few shows in this Asia Tour for Living Things . That would be so nice . Already too tired of never ending rumours of LP playing here .. they were almost final in 2011 but something didn't work out :/
