  1. Ya if anyone is attending a show can u request the 2nd verse of Carousel over the intro to POA?
  2. Chester already said they wud play New Divide, so we can def count on at least one new song in the new sets, I also agree w/ Projektion that they might do NRL once or twice, Mike did he say he wanted to play it live a few times.
  3. Oh lol cuz this thread was for 09 dude.
  4. Here's my prediction. New Divide will definately be played. I think Lying From You will remain in the sets but not every set, it may end up going the same way as FTI and end up in one set instead of all 3 like it used to. FTI / Don't Stay / POA- I would really be pissed off if FTI was dropped, it's one of my fav songs of all time, I don't think it'll be dropped completely but it prob won't be played as much anymore. Don't Stay will most likely be dropped but possibly played occasionally. POA I can't see being dropped until the new album comes out, the band has so much fun playing that song. Crawling, ITE, OSC, Numb, WID, LOATR- Def will remain in the sets, at least for this tour. I can actually see Crawling or OSC being dropped from at least one of the sets when the 4th album comes out cuz they prob won't be playing Hybrid Theory as much in order to fit more new songs in the sets. Numb will probably stay as it's one of their most popular Meteora singles. What I've Done and LOATR will also definately remain in the sets, lead singles off M2M. SOTD- I'm not sure about this one either, it's a pretty big single but not very popular... I have to agree w mandarinmustang and say 50/50 on this one. BTH- No way in hell will this be dropped from the set. First of all it took Chester alot of practice to play this song live so he won't be giving that up too easily, definately a permanent staple. However, whether they will use the vocal intro is another story. It was pretty famous even among normal fans who didn't know much bout live shows, but they seem to be bored of playing it. APFMH- As most of u kno, this song took almost a year to bring back in the sets, but was dropped again after a few months. I personally don't think they will play this anymore cuz when u compare the performances now to the old days, Chester just doesn't have the strength to do it. I was stoked to hear it at MSG but then I listened to the SBD a few times, and Chester sounds very tired and bored of the song. NMS, Wake / Given Up- Given Up will def remain, it's one of the hardcore metal / rock songs Chester can still pull off. NMS will prob be played in every set this year, but next year mite be played only in 1 or 2 sets, depending on the length of the shows I guess. I also personally hope to see another remix of Wake, but I'll be fine with Wake 2.0 as well. Faint- No questions asked, this song will remain. I wud be very surprised if it was dropped, they usually have alot of fun. Now as for older songs such as With You, Step Up, High Voltage, Forgotten, and even some less played Meteora songs like Nobody's Listening, HTF, and ETR. HTF definately will never be played again, Chester hates the song he said, and it just doesn't have alot of energy played live. It's an album song, let's face it. With You I can see being brought back in the set a few times, it's not that hard to play live and when they play it it's more sampled anyway as they use alot of Reanimation parts. Plus it's an excuse to play more Reanimation as well. I think Step Up and High Voltage will be rapped over POA if people request it or the band decides to do it themselves, assuming POA remains in the set. Forgotten I can't really see the band doing either, it's a great live song, especially the bridge, but it's just too old. As for Meteora, I believe that the band may play something like Nobody's Listening again, or just rap it over POA again, but I don't think they'll play any others like ETR, same as HTF, not enough energy. I mean, Hahn mite switch up CFTI to Session, I def hope so, but that's prob it. Possibly they may bring back Figure.09 tho for a few shows, that's a pretty fun song to play live. So those are my predictions.
  5. Niceee, sounds like a great show! and at least this closes the controversy over whether Part Of Me was played at this show =).
  6. It's an official release so don't request it here.
  7. Sks for Santa Barbara =(, does anyone have sets from the other two shows?
  8. It was on fb too.... now Monday is gonna come even slower!!! And yea I guess u cud say it sounds like WID a bit but it's not a ripoff!! It's supposed to be "generic" anyway seeing as it's Transformers!! But it still sounds pretty epic to me!!
  9. Happy 18th birthday Mark!!! Hope you have a great first day as an "official" adult!! Thanks for making lplive such a great site to go on and hope to see u on the next Projekt Revolution tour!!!!!! And also happy birthday AlexLP!!
  10. I recommend the same as sizedude, sometimes u mite just be able to access all of it and save it to a backup, that's best I can do. That really sucks tho dude.
  11. Haha yea I thought the same thing for a sec.
  12. Totally random but isn't Julien-K playing their first show rite now? Lmao and also I love how I actually almost bought that pimp cup in chester's pic a few months ago.
  13. LOL, happy mothers day!! And cool pic =)
  14. The interview Ryan Shuck of Julien-K gave to lplive was put up on facebook if anyone is interested. It's the new status on their home page. Glad to see this site being officially recognized worldwide now!!
  15. Dedicated is not on the US version.
  16. Happy bday Astat! I love all ur guitar vids on youtube and it sucks that some of them are being taken off!! And also thanks for releasing a show w/ Nobody's Listening!!! I plan on listening to this amazing recording rite away!!
  17. The Busta/LP song was too hyped up in the LP fan base cuz everyone forgot it was Busta Rhymes featuring LP, not the other way around. This is all LP, it shud be great!!
  18. Idk if it's news worthy, but the DVD Frat Party At The Pankake Festival was finally released on the US iTunes, as well as the music vid for Pts.of.Athrty. Frat Party is $7.99 and Pts. is $1.99 of course.
  19. In 2002 Chester supposedly collabed w/ Adema for the song Giving In. Was that ever confirmed to be Chester? It really sounds like him on vocals, but I nv found out!!
  20. Lol it's cuz of everything that they are doing I agree w Preston, anyway I wonder wat Chester meant by secret DBS appearences this summer? If they're gonna be touring Europe how can they bring JK when they will be touring US? Unless he is planning on playing some DBS with LP like I predicted?
  21. WOOT!!!! Sounds sweet!!! Can't wait ev more now!!! It just sucks cuz I have a major Bio exam that day and I won't be able to focus!!! That's gonna be the longest day of my life!!!
  22. Lol this thread ended up being the exact opp. of what I had hoped for. Ah well, I tried. And seeing as this thread is already a request for older songs as it is, I saw APFMH live..... ha!!! jk lol hope that didn't offend.
  23. Lol I was just talkin bout Hybrid Theory, not Meteora. Lol it doesn't seem to have worked. I'd love alot of songs back too but I just don't see why they wud play songs like High Voltage that are so old. They aren't just playing for us fans who love the live material, they are playing for a worldwide audience who want to hear the singles and newer stuff, that's obv gonna win.
  24. Alot of people (including myself) have been requesting LP to add some songs they don't play very much anymore back into the sets. However, I think that we should seriously let go on that. It took a huge effort just to convince the band to occasionally play A Place for My Head, and ev then when you compare the performances of it now and back then, there's no questions asked, Chester just doesn't have the strength for those hardcore songs anymore. We shud actually consider ourselves lucky that we get more than 1 or 2 Hybrid Theory songs in the set. Many bands such as Muse, U2, or My Chemical Romance barely ever play songs off of their debut albums!! Whereas LP plays all their singles, and even filler songs such as Points of Authority, Pushing Me Away, and Cure for the Itch!! I think that's a pretty sweet deal, especially since they try to fit a B-side into their set as well sometimes. The point of an album tour is to promote that album, not to play songs off their old albums. LP will prob play some older stuff this summer since we are pretty persistent about it but if they don't, I don't think it's a good idea to keep asking. Especially since next year they'll have 4 albums worth of material to play. If they do, then we are lucky, if they don't, we shud just consider ourselves lucky with the abundant amount we have. I hope noone is offended by this thread, I just thought I should get that out.
  25. O yea I remember that, I need to see Transformers again lol. _c2_ Posted Today, 07:59 AM *excited* Really looking forward to May 18th! Do you guys think they'll add the new song to their setlists? Yea, Chester said on Twitter they're gonna play it in the summer.
