  2. The informations about the new album are really interesting. It seems like they wrote half of it, and I share Mike's optimism when he says "Artistically, I feel like we're shooting really high with these new songs". And Chester's album will be out very soon !!
  3. No I don't think this is a broadcast from the Roxy show. I watched "Nul Part Ailleurs" before (this TV show doesn't exist anymore), and I recognize the scene. Moreover it was a live TV show, so the date of the TV show is the same than the performance. Anyway, very good perfromance from LP, a lot of energy in this video. I've already watched it on Youtube some months ago.
  4. Chester messed up SotD almost everytime. But he sings it far better than in 2007.
  5. Wow cool. I love Julien-K stuff and Mike's remix will surely be awesome. It's funny to see that JK has more remix than original songs.
  6. Hey guys check this out : http://www.mikeshinoda.com/video/Videos/pr...a_in_the_studio Mike did a promotional video for ProTools 8 but we can hear a new instrumental song that Mike is working on. This is quite an interesting, but awesome video. What do you think of this new song ? Do you think it will be on the next album ?
  7. So here is the point : - Chester lost a part of his voice - BUT he's still one of the greatest rock singer, and I hope in 30 years, people will consider him as a rock legend.
  8. Well I'm not saying it was a bad show, it's an AMAZING DVD and it's hard to describe all the emotions i've felt. I agree for all the songs you describe. And at least Chester sang right Shadow of the Day, which is pretty rare
  9. We can hear Chester's voice is suffering after a 22 songs show. Of course i'd like a 26 songs live performance but not if it implies worse vocals, don't you think ??
  10. Yeah I notice and I think he kept it for several songs. Weird, I didn't know Phoenix liked broken bass. With his headscarf and this bass it looks like he changed his appearance just for the DVD.
  11. Thanks for the links. I love Julien-K, particulary Spiral and Maestro. I can't stop listening Maestro since I've finaly found the summer EP. Too bad they don't release a real album but Death to Analog will kick ass.
  12. The DVD is really awesome ! Seriously, it doesn't matter if there is no bonus or backstage footage, this live is far better than LiT. The montage is very good, with just enough effects (the end of bleed it out is very intense) and the color give some special soul. I particulary loved the beginning of Crawling with Mike playing synth mixed with the reanimated intro. And the crowd was also very good. The only disappointment is that PoA isn't on the setlist, the outro is incredible. Papercut was right too. Anyway, it's a must-have, if you are a LP fan, you MUST buy it. You would lose some quality in audio and colors if you dl it or if you watch it on youtube.
