OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! Hope they'll confirm it!

First of all: there's no favorite moment, but there are favorite momentS! And the most remarkable of them all wasn't because of Linkin Park, but because of the people I met on the way to the show and the people I rocked with. It was a few days after I heard about a fansite called LPLive.net the first time. I didn't want to leave for Gräfenhainichen last year for many reasons... But I'm glad that I went, cause I met two awesome people of LPLive on a train on the way to the venue. When we arrived, I met some members there who I can call my friends today. I also met Mark Fiore and Pooch of which I've never heard before (shame on me) the first time. On top of that, I enjoyed the Linkin Park show at an awesome venue (with Dead By Sunrise). It is a Linkin Park live moment, I will never forget.

Maaaan, 23! You're old as the hills! I might call you grandpa xD jk Happy Birthday. Who knew that 23 years ago one of the coolest guys alive would be born. If people had known, I guess they would have celebrated it like... don't know... the fall of the wall maybe xD http://photos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-as...2_1801827_n.jpg

The idea was to thank em this way to take some minutes for the meet & greet at every swiss and german show. I'd call that success. LP is next!

No tour shirt, only the shirts and the hoodie you can buy on the internet.

COLOGNE: BERLIN: HAMBURG: More pictures to come...
-
I won't write down what I ate the morning or something. I'll make it quick and informative. Show Review: 02/23/2010 - Zurich: Swiss people were rocking with Delta Fiasco and Dead by Sunrise. They were open minded and friendly, so it was a great show for everyone. After the show Delta Fiasco and some of DBS signed and let taking pictures. It was pretty cool, very relaxed atmosphere. 02/24/2010 - München: The people were awful they hardly moved and were only clapping. Only one guy jumped around. At least someone knew how to rock. Dead by Sunrise was in best mood and Delta Fiasco did a solid performance. After the show, Elias was going to the Bar across from the Tonhalle. We joined him and after few minutes the rest of Julien-K came to chill. It was amazing because it showed to me that even though they're known, those guys are still human beings. 02/25/2010 - Cologne: Very cool show. People rocked and the acts were awesome too. I think on this show you could hear Ryan's voice very good, louder and clearer. There was nothing special after the show because they went straight to Berlin (that's what we were told). 02/27/2010 - Berlin: Awful city in my opinion. It was dirty and uncomfortable. People were crazy too because they pushed like they would die if they couldn't go in. However the show was good. Couldn't see much of the crowd from behind but JanekZech said they were rocking. Dead by Sunrise and Delta Fiasco were - once more - totally awesome. After the show, Chester and Amir took their time to sign and talk to the people. 02/28/2010 - Hamburg: Craziest show I've seen thanks to LPLive. We rocked the docks and Delta Fiasco as well as Dead by Sunrise were giving all the power they got. It was an amazing and I think also a successful show. A night I won't forget. Chester voice though was a too quiet this time... it was louder about when they were playing condemned. Usually right after 20 Eyes, Chester comes down to sign but a girl passed out, so he stopped. I don't know if they were signing autographs on the back entrance. As for Delta Fiasco, they sold out all the records they had. This means they were pretty awesome. LPLive Meet & Greets with Julien-K: In Hamburg we got the chance to meet Julien-K. Although they don't really belong to Linkin Park, they are still awesome and deserve to get our respect. So I printed a Poster (designed by Overkill) on which LPLive members had to put their names. We collected from Zurich to Hamburg about 25 signatures and gave it to Julien-K that day. It was our "Thank you" for taking the time for a meet & greet at every of those shows. They were really amazed and happy about this present (Ryan said they have to frame and hang it on in the studio). Thanks for everyone who came by and signed. For all the others: We hope to see you at one of the coming Julien-K or Linkin Park shows! We had a great time and the Julien-K were speechless - I'd say mission accomplished.

Probably... but most people often mix up "having much money" with "spending money on other things"^^
-
You guys are living out my dream xD
-
Damned okay but still, what's the mic for... nah I'm just tired of trying to defense myself. I don't quite like it because of the sunglasses as I didn't like the song because the power in chesters voice. If you like it, good for you, really! (No sarcasm!)
-
Okay, in general I would say the death of a celebrity is not the same as the death of thousands of poor people. Besides, I think wearing sunglasses at funerals is kinda disrespectful as wearing caps or something. But I don't think that's why he's wearing sunglasses - I mean, he's also singin into a LP-microphone, that can also be associated with funerals or something^^
-
I'm pretty sure I've never seen someone wearing sunnglasses at a funeral - unless you're blind or the sun is shining... If you write a song about loss, pain, fear and sadness, you should show it on a music video, and not hide it.
-
Who told chester to wear sunglasses? This kinda destoyed the sadness of the song / rest of the video... But over all it's a nice video.
-
I'll be in Zurich, Munich, Köln, Berlin and Hamburg! See you guys there
-
Of course they don't want to.
-
Are you from the future? HT and M2M are also masterpieces. Don't you get it? They don't want to make another HT or Meteora.
-
2 Minutes of awesome intrumental =) And M2M was in my opinion the best album yet, because there were songs that sounded a bit like the old ones and a lot of new stuff. I mean, people used to say, every song of LP sounds the same and since M2M everyone who says that can be called an idiot. I think most of them are just successful because they were symbols for an unusual way of living in the past days... All of them have great songs, but it's not like they are constantly great i think.
-
No, No Roads left & Across The Line really don't count, they were planed. I don't try to justify, I actually do justify... only cause I'm sick of people complaining^^
-
"[...]which just finished shooting a video for its next single, "Giving Up"[...]" Wow, that must be a recent interview!!! You realise that they did a big tour, "We made it", "New Divide" (including music videos), and many things more (Chester working on Out of Ashes) since then? You must know everything about songwriting and music business
-
As always, mike nailed it. That's the fegging point. They can't control what you guys expect and think. Blame yourself, don't blame LP. I lol'd! This is totally wrong, even for a theoretical calculating. They maybe release 12 songs, but they certainly make much more. For M2M they had over 100 demos for example. What do you know how many songs they write, change and finish... @lady gaga: Because composing songs that sound exactly how six different people want it to sound is so easy? You know, there's a difference between making music by yourself and letting other make them for you and you only have to sing it. And especially when you want to make songs that sound different from what you have done before, it's more difficult. But I see.... It's always easier to make a judgement based on what you think than on what you actually know / facts...
-
Are you sure? Because to me it sounds like beat and melodie are made with the computer - no drums, real guitar etc. That's what I think too. But I would say the What about We made it" and "it's going down"? Are they LP songs in your opinion? It says featuring LP but Chester isn't on one of them, and rob's certainly not playing the drums on the other one. I didn't say you were complaining about that, it's just another conclusion. I guess we'll never know whether or not LP would have released a song if there was no Earthquake... But, I mean, after the hurricane Katrina, LP didn't release a song for example... I hear you, and I understand, but I think different about that. I think because LP do not a specific music genre, they could do anything... i mean DBS is a bit more of Chester and FM is more of Mike but those two minds are part of LP - an important part... uhm... I'd say, whoever releases a song, the other members would support him and like that song. It's not a fact, it's just an opinion - but I think discussions about LP are always a point-of-view-thing.
