  1. I used a tool (https://www.pubmeeple.com/), and the result came out like this: Albums: 1 Minutes to Midnight 2 Hybrid Theory 3 Meteora 4 The Hunting Party 5 A Thousand Suns 6 From Zero 7 Living Things 8 One More Light FZ tracks: 1 The Emptiness Machine 2 Two Faced 3 Stained 4 Good Things Go 5 Casualty 6 Over Each Other 7 Cut the Bridge 8 Heavy Is the Crown 9 Overflow 10 IGYEIH 11 From Zero (Intro) Pretty accurate.
  2. I've listened to the album last night and I wrote some notes on the songs as they were playing. 1 From Zero (Intro) That female voice is not Emily, in my opinion. Unless she was sick. Or maybe I'm just not that familiar with her spoken voice yet. 2 The Emptiness Machine 3 Cut The Bridge The beginning sounds familiar. Then like some demo from MTM. Mhm, there's percussion familiar from BIO. Some cinematic strings. A marching, fighting rhythm. Cool gang rapping in the second chorus. 4 Heavy Is the Crown 5 Over Each Other 6 Casualty Ok, I finally know exactly what the guitar is playing and it's better than I thought. But overall very similar to the live version, as others have written. Too bad it's so short. Nice despair before the bridge in Emily's voice. I thought it would sound a little different. Better? But it's ok. 7 Overflow Intro sounds like some kind of interlude. Verse sounds very unusual for LP. I drifted off at the chorus, I don't know what's going on. I guess this track will have to grow on me. Just like for instance OEO earlier. Cool bridge with guitar. 8 Two Faced HITC vibe intro. Cool intro riff. In the style of Xero. VERY cool riff. This might be my favorite track from the unfamiliar. Oh yeah, that chorus! This is Linkin Park! Yes! 9 Stained I like the dynamics, the pace of this album. Banger after banger. The chorus in this song reminds me of something poppy. 10 IGYEIH Cool riff. What did they say that there are no cool ones? VERY cool heavy build up. Certainly the female vocals give a bit of a different vibe to this music, but you can sense in the melodies that this is LP, even in delivery. 11 Good Things Go I got too caught up and forgot to take notes on this track. You can feel that this is something great. But these songs need to grow on me. I'm waiting to listen to Two Faced again.
  3. Yes! Poland, preferably Katowice/Gliwice/Kraków. 🙏 If I had more time, I'd to go for a drive by the nearest venues to see if they're teasing LP 😅 But it'll be online soon anyway.
  4. I'll let go of the listening party the DAY before the premiere, given that I'd have to drive halfway across Poland. I'm not signing up, but I wish everyone a good time.
  5. I don't think we need to worry that they'll rush out the new songs. Given how enthusiastic the band is and how well they're bonding, I wouldn't be surprised if the creative process is positively affected and the wait between From Zero and the next album will be one of the shortest ever!
  6. Thanks for making this interview happen. I really enjoyed it, and it sort of brought me back to 2009-10 which was an unforgettable period of my life, accompanied by song from Out of Ashes all the way. Ryan's words about LP's reunion were sweet, and I hope that the media picks up on them.
  7. I'm convinced that this was not the way we were meant so see this interview, and that this Indonesian network somehow obtained footage and pasted its host to make this frankenstein material. It is obvious that this interview was not conducted in this manner. I mean, Brad definitely did not go into a video call to sit there and just say “Let's have Mike answer the question”. First time I saw photos from the interview, it said that a Chinese journalist sat down with them. Then, it was said that it's for a Philippine network, and finally it appears all weird on an Indonesian channel. So, what the hell?
  8. My first thought is that they want with this book to erase and replace “One Step Closer” by Jeff Blue. But there was nothing wrong with it! If you want a book about the early history of Linkin Park written from the memory of a man who was there, go for that book if you missed it. For me, it read like a novel that could be filmed like Bohemian Rhapsody. In Lipshutz's case, nothing is likely to surprise you.
  9. Maybe in Korea they don't use Apple phones which filter out the crowd noise.
  10. I don't like that. Does it make it sound better? I don't know. At the venue, can you really tell? And on some recordings from the audience, it's going to come out as if she's lip-syncing. I never understood that. To me, vocals from a backing track is a no-no. Honestly, any instrument that you can play live shouldn't be played from tape. Why did Brad spend years playing that one note on the piano on "Waiting For The End" when we can play anything pre-recorded?
  11. Still, there were only rumors of them having a girl singer and the booking of shows. NOTHING about an album or a music video. I suspected maybe a new song, like QWERTY in 2006 and an announcement like “Guys, by the way we're entering the studio right now so look forward to more of this”, but it's all already done! I'm super impressed!
  12. With My December returning and KTTK debuting, I wouldn't be surprised with anything right now. I'd love to see P5hng Me A*wy, Lost (full band version), Shadow of the Day, The Little Things Give You Away, more debuts from THP (All For Nothing, War anyone?), The Messenger. These come to mind. As a side note, if Brad ever wants to grace us with a special live appearance, even for one song, I imagine it could have been an entrance for a guitar solo during TLTGYA. It would have been beautiful, but that's a vision for the future. Oh, and my wife loves Battle Symphony, so let's get that too. Remember that Emily is also a guitarist. We'll definitely see her on stage with the instrument at some point.
  13. Yeah, but then people at future shows would be like, “why didn't we get to honor Chester like the LA crowd did?” The band wants to give the audience a fairly equal experience in every city. It is somewhat of a traveling circus.
  14. It might just be too hard for them. Playing One More Light and mentioning Chester every other song would be, like someone said, a major mood killer. Hollywood Bowl 2017 already happened. We'll never forget him. Telling the audience that they are signing for Chester for the entire night is very gracefully done. I can't even listen to OML (the song). When I play Papercuts in my car, I skip that track. I'm not ready for the rush of emotions when I go pick up groceries or visit my family. The only time I can do it is when I'm alone after a couple beers… Then I even challenge myself not to cry. Sometimes I manage to, sometimes I fail. It might even partially be the reason Rob left the band and Brad doesn't want to play live. Brad looked very upset for the majority of the Hollywood Bowl show. Or when Chris Cornell died, and they played OML on Kimmel's, he almost broke down looking at Chester towards the end of the song. These things are difficult. And the careful dosage of mentions of Chester is there for a reason. On the other note, I've finished watching the recording of the show. I'm surprised they played Breaking The Habit. I thought they retired that song. My December was beautiful and totally unexpected. They're treating us well. Friendly Fire sounded very good for what it is. Keys to the Kingdom is a dream come true for me. Great to hear that they are not done with The Hunting Party.
  15. I've watched the first half of the show via recordings. I won't elaborate on what all of you said: they sound great, the crowd is incredible. ❤️ My only disappointment was that I came to realize that maybe CASTLE OF GLASS is just not a great live song.
