yay our images are back!

you must have gotten the email before the server went down. Can you still see them when you open it?

Hey guys hang tight while we get out some kinks before we launch the site. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. Sparkart has been working through the night to get it ready! I'll be updating as much as I can on the LPU twitter so make sure you're following us. Also, sorry about the images not showing up in the email. A completely DIFFERENT company hosts those and it figures that this would be the day their site goes down. I'm trying to get a hold of them. UGHH! Hand number means that your vinyl will say "1/1000" or "2/1000" etc. Its just a cool thing we wanted to do to make the vinyl even more of a collectors item for our members. When the images come back to the email, you'll get to see what the vinyl looks like. Maybe I'll twit pic the vinyl later on if the images don't come back. Sorry about the wait guys! Hang in there and it will be worth it!

Yes you can renew your LPU account with the Best Buy code without having to create and entire new account.

Can't really speak on it. It will all be addressed shortly I'm sure. I think all of this is for the better though.

apparently people have started getting their emails with the pictures now. coincidence?? hmm....

Ok just heard back from the folks at basecamp who host these files. They said they think the emails may be going to your spam folders and that's why you haven't heard back. However, if you didn't get the email, message me your email address and I'll pass it along to them so they can reach out to you directly with the images.

I'll see if I can find out anything about this for you guys. This was something completely outside of LPU so I can't really do anything but ask some people about it. I'll let you know what I find out.
