  1. My god, that's a lot of info to get through. There's so many demos/radio edits/promos etc, gonna take me a while . Nice one for the link SergSlim, and you certainly know how to get the best out of forums , you asked so many questions!!!
  2. Oh i see, you meant the LPA Forums. I thought you just meant on the website, in the 'Demos' section for example, my bad . I'll check it out now. Just checked the RAR 01 performance and yeah, that's the one. Same as the demo/promo for It's Goin' Down.
  3. In the 'Other Notes' section from this show: http://lplive.net/shows/20010808.php It says 'This is the day Chester got bitten in ass by a poisonous spider' Should it not say '...got bitten in THE ass...'? Nothing major i know but thought I'd mentioned it anyway! Also, Live Guide 2007 has the 14/08/2007 show at VA as Virginia Beach, VA, Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheatre Whereas Live Guide 2008 has the 26/07/2008 show at the same venue as Virginia Beach, VA, Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Should 'Virginia Beach' bee added/deleted from one of the shows? Lp.com includes the 'Virginia Beach' bit but up to you...
  4. Thanx for info on It's Goin' Down. As for Esaul, LPA only has info on 2 versions, both versions that i mentioned. But i checked the LP Forums like you said... . Found what i needed. Cheers... I love this site
  5. Wouldn't say this site specialises in them but it's still very good: www.eil.com
  6. You know the It's Goin' Down demo that Astat mentioned? Is that the version where at the start of the song, a female voice says: 'i knew i was being threatened, do you think it's worth holding out, i mean I've heard some pretty ugly things about those guys, ugly stories'. I'm guessing it is as it doesn't have the 'put it out for the world to see...' part in the chorus and it isn't on the single but just double checking/making sure... An there's 4 Esaul/A Place For My Head demos? Can anyone post differences in the songs please? I have 3:10 version where Mike DOESN'T say 'the second it starts' at the beginning of the 2nd verse. And a 3:08 version where Mike does say that and Chester say's 'you try to take the best of me STAY away' and then changes to 'GO away' when the screaming kicks in. What are the other 2 versions please? Thanx
  7. Sure! I've been to see them in 3 other countries (other than the UK) and i know how boring/crap it is waiting/traveling by yourself. If you go to the UK one, I'll meet up with you. Just decided as well people, I'm doing the UK & Germany or Holland. It'll be the summer so it's not like I'll have anything better to do. It's not like I've ever got anything better to do than see Lp of course . Now whose with me
  8. I have a question about The Rising Tied! You know the Special Edition? It goes from track 16- Slip Out The Back to track 19- Be somebody. What happened to tracks 17 & 18. They copy onto my comp and are 4 seconds long like but are just blank. Just wondered in anyone had an explanation...
  9. Qwerty, without a doubt...
  10. Somewhere I Belong 7" & Faint 7" Picture Disc can be found on amazon.co.uk. They're a little rare these days but not too hard to find. Lying From You wasn't released as a single/vinyl by itself, just a radio only song. Good luck...
  11. London Astoria 3/5/07 and the Road To Revolution gig were absolutely amazing but the best show I've seen was one that i didn't even attend... Rock Am Ring 04. That on a dvd instead of Live In Texas- which is still awesome- would have been better! On hearing rave reviews of the Mountain View gig, and after checking out the setlist, I'm gonna go find it. Thanx guys! Ash
  12. Am i the only person that thinks Breaking The Habit should be dropped? Ok, i know it's a single and- to some/lots of fans- a personal favourite, but it's bloody boring live. It's just too slow and is always dragged out. I do appreciate the song. A very mature progression for the band and whatnot but it's been milked live. They stick it on nearly every LPU CD (slight exaggeration i know) and even ended with it at the Summer Sonic 06. It just has to go. Replacing it with Qwerty, now that'd be awesome. That song needs playing live more often...
  13. Just done a compare (a very quick one at that) but i think it might be 13/2/08 St. Paul, Minnesota. It's the only one that sounds even remotely like the SFTU one imo. What does anyone else think? PS. I checked all the ones listed by AndOne except 10/3/08 as i don't have it. So it could possible be that. Ash
  14. QWERTY . All of you who went to the PR 07 and Japan 06 shows were bloody lucky to hear this. At the London Astoria (3/5/07) M&G, i asked Phoenix if they were gonna play it and he said 'oh i'm not sure about that, come to Donnington (Download Festival) and we'll see'. I went to Rock Am Ring instead (another big European festival) so was hoping to hear it there. They played it at neither! Buggers Would be awesome to hear that opening riff..
  15. Anyone heard 'Burn Burn' by Lostprophets? For those that haven't- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMDTOHfAJRU Well the main riff in the song came under criticism for sounding similar to 'Far' by Mother Mary- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9GbflqCYrA What do you think? Copied? Just similar? One things true though, the riff in Burn Burn is 100times better and the song is awesome!!! PS- Sorry this is a little off topic!
  16. If they are still making the new album at the time of the festival (which is more than likely knowing LP) and they just take a break from recording to play these shows, like the Summer Sonic & Japan shows is 06, then hopefully they'll preview a new track (like with Qwerty) or play an old one (like Reading My Eyes) . Quite a unique little tour and we might actually get to witness something special/one off. For once it's good to be an LP fan from the UK... Although the Milton Keynes PR show was one of a kind...
  17. You have the Collision Course show http://lplive.net/shows/20040719.php down as 19.07.2004 but the CD booklet says it was filmed on the 18th? Am i missing something though, was it filmed after midnight or something? Go to the 'Officially Released Live Songs' section, Shadow Of The Day single, the link to (Holmdel 08.29.2007) from the Bleed It Out track actually goes to 08.26.2007 instead. Same section. The 3 (London 03.24.01) links from the Papercut & In The End singles go to the show at BBC Studies instead of the show later on that night at Docklands Arena. The songs are from the Docklands Arena show but as its the same date, it's easy to see where the confusion happened. And finally, should Songs From The Underground be added to the 'Officially Released Live Songs' section as it contains 3 live songs. The date for My December (if you know it), would be appreciated as i can't find it anywhere on the site. Hope this helps.
