Very much not a fan of starting with the Emptiness Machine. The intro is just so clearly geared to leading into Somewhere I Belong. Both songs felt flat in the new placement. Although hearing a new into to TEM was at least kinda interesting.

I was part of early entry today and I figure they might have been soundchecking to test out Emily’s voice. No one around me has heard anything about Brad being onsite - seems a bit doubtful.

Zero sign of Brad in this one, huh. I do get the feeling that he came in *really* late and there’s a bit of a PR job being done to make it sound like he contributed more than he actually did.
