I found interesting thing. When I watch this episode I want to know who is the guy working with LP in Eastwood. I saw him in other albums bts. So I researched and found it's Ethan Mates. He is band recording engineer since MTM. When I looked at photos of his home mixing room i noticed it looks familiar. And quick linked it with this photo. So basicly Colin turned into Brad, and Brad turned into Rick Rubin XD Just kidding. But I wonder how much effort Brad put into this record. Whether his production work consisted solely of adding cues at Mike studio.

I listened this song since it leaked but I think with few beers today it finally clicks. I made experiment with FZ playlist and add UFTB in place of OEO. It flow really cool after HITC and before Casualty and this one change would make og album much more aggresive. Overflow would sound even more distinctive after first half of the album

Love FZ era from the begining but releasing song cutted from the album as a single is so 🫥 I think it's ok song, very pop-punk something different but worst track from that era imo. Sorry for that opinion but I hate modern approach to releasing music and FZ go with it.

MIKE We shortened the album to make it into a sweet little fireball so everyone could listen to it over and over again. TRANSLATION With the label, we shortened the album to make money once and add cut songs to make money second time.

If they would name it part 2, Two , (from zero) ...to something, still it could be From Zero World Tour. Who knows. Knowing that mike has not been idle in the studio for 7 years everything could happen.

Yep. This is the most likely scenario. I was hoping for more. At least for the EP. I hate deluxe editions. MTM is biggest example. With What we don't Know, Across The Line, Chance of Rain, No roads Left and Blackbirds they could've made a great EP. Instead we get NRL with live track. Double single to promote next album, that would be awesome but unfortunately unrealistic this times I found it after last LPTV release. But maybe it was added some time before. Overflow and Colin playthrough didn't have that status (private) before release but sometimes they hide some clips with private for one day before release but this time its different. Too long. They hidding something

If my prediction is right (FZ have part 2 with 10 more songs and will be released this year) you will definitely not be upset

I think 'let crowd sing' is her way to protect voice. LP have two vocalists so there is more gaps but some parts are pain in the ass to sing. In Dead Sara she sang more but she isn't that young anymore and FZ world tour sets is almost 2h long. Chester voice in 2014-2017 sound so damaged and tired. I think its the results of extreme sets, long touring and singing almost everything during concerts.

If LP still want to work with guys from outside the band (like past 2 albums), they should bring back Elisondo as additional producer. His sample in HITC and huge amount of layers in Overflow production is so cool and refreshing. After hearing OEO instrumental I think it was written in OML style. First lyrics, melody then instrumental. Stained drums is similar to Debris

Yes. Finally. Can't wait to hear overflow since there is so much stems in acapella version and want to hear what left for instrumental

Yes I had a same feeling. Definitely they havent plans to perform it live. Most production like song. Most effects and I think even pitch correction in chorus especially after hearing Acapella. But we should be proud that in this era LP plays what fans wants most

Yeah Definitely most pitch corrected LP clip ever XD. I'm waiting for FTI from Jakarta. It was awesome. Best old song with Emily IMO. Maybe they'll release it on meteora anniversary.

(For me) GTG is extreme fail. I knew it will be bad live. Even if its my best song from the album but it was almost impossible for them to play this in original form. I thought it will have some changes in melody but never expected it will be whole song pitch lower. They should not play this live like Powerless. LP almost always make songs like hip hop producers piece by pieces, layers by layers. Many of vocal parts are recorded separately and have bunch of effects. They probably rehearsed it in original pitch but it doesn't click. CTB, Stainded and IGYEIH have much more realistic vocals to perform live and I'm shock that they choose GTG instead even if its fans favourite

Yeah i only listening to this three songs from that session too. NCSM have so much potential and they made it so blank. Sometimes I have feeling that I could rework this song to be much better on my own. Cut of that chipmunks, Louder octaves guitar parts in chorus (louder 3rd guitar from stems not 2nd), more heavier vocals from chester and more distinctive synth would make it top 10 song in catalog. But it is what it is. I think we will have bright future with LP9 and more.

Never argue with people who tells the truth XD. OML has worst production with a lyrics first which lost them in the process; Outdated sound, trap drums everywhere, generic sampling, buried guitars, ugly nasal chester vocals, lyrics written with a label songwriters doesn't make it better. It feels like this album was not made by the band, but by Warner. So its true. It is OMS. I erased this album from my personal discography last month and i'm happy that they back to what they ment to be with FZ. Even if there is still bunch of songwriters on the album, there is big bright light in the tunnel because they have much more creativity with no deadlines like before. So they could make whole new album on their own even if they still work with Elisondo or someone else who could have good ideas in their minds.
