1. In general, I would agree with you because Germany was always their number one location in amount of shows outside the US. But, unfortunately, I think this time we have to be satisfied with the Cologne show, because I don't expect the tour to be that huge and Cologne is a central location and good to arrive for all people in Germany. It would be different if the only show was in Berlin, so there would be a need for a second show in Munich or Stuttgart. But, we'll see - hopefully I am wrong
2. I am not quite sure, there are no more information about it. But if you listen to the demo on LPU 11 you'll see that Mike's parts are totally different to the final version, so maybe one of both versions also include stuff from Chesters poem.
3. I would consider Berlin 2012 Telekom Street Gigs as my favorite. Best audio quality and mixing I've ever heard from a LP concert and the band did an awesome job, especially Bleed It Out got me. My second fav is Guitar Center Sessions 2014, Camden 2014 and 2012 MTV World Stage Monterrey.
4. Why the hell do you feel attacked and think that my intention was to disprove you? I did nothing but quoting an interesting fact lol. I did not even talk about by myself, so how do you come to the point that I would think "Mike > Chester" ?? Also, it clearly says that they wrote the lyrics together like they both worked together for every single song, not like Mike wrote this one, Chester that one, and so one.. Probably they did it that way on Meteora as well, I can imagine.
5. I cannot imagine they called the police because they were smoking weed, I mean Chester said he did not play a single show during Hybrid Theory concerts without smoking weed right before they enter the stage
6. Chester and Mike explained how they worked on HT in Kerrang 2008: "Shinoda would first work with Delson on the music before he and Bennington would write lyrics.[...] The producer told them he didn’t like any of their songs. [...] Well, actually he liked two – Points Of Authority and With You,” says Bennington. “We basically had to write a new record in two months. We stayed at Mike’s house around the clock and wrote that album.” But there were further – and far more serious – problems ahead. Bennington claims he was told he "the star" and that Linkin Park should be his band. Shinoda would be relegated to just being the keyboard player or, worse, jettisoned. Bennington resisted immediately: “I said, ‘Fuck you guys. Are you serious? I’ve only just got into the band, and you’re telling me to start a coup against the guy who writes all the music? It’s his band. If he could sing, I wouldn’t have a job. You fucking idiots, what’s wrong with you?’ Also, Chester did write the chorus of In The End a lot before joining Linkin Park as a poem. Both Mike and Chester revised it and added rap parts for the final version.
7. Hey guys, first of all, I am sorry for not speaking english that good I am from Germany. A few days after Chester passed away I was reading an older (!) interview, unfortunately I cannot find it again now. Maybe some of you can help me, I am going to give you the information I still know about it. I am not a 100% safe but I guess it was from Kerrang It was a very long and detailed interview about the history of the band (more later) Mike explained that Chester and the band first become friends at Minutes To Midnight times and that before there was a time Chester struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol but then he realized how bad his behaviour was to the others around him, C said Mike explained that Chester had to put so much work (more than all the others) only to be able to be the guy everyone loved after Meteora Mike explained that he thinks Chester was working harder than everyone else in the band and he said that Chester always said that they have to work harder even though it is not possible I am not a 100% sure but I think it later talks about an upcoming album It has to be from MTM/ATS/LT/THP times (maybe but I don't think so also before OML) Hopefully someone know what I am talking about. Most rememberable quote for me was "we've first become friends at MTM". Thank you guys !!!
