  1.

mora.jp says 850 mb version + the same Qobuz since in the first few weeks of preorder they were saying that they have 48.0 and just 1 month before the release day they change it to 44.1, Can you check if all the tracks you have are 44.1 or some of them are 48.0 too, because if you have 6 songs in 48.0 an the rest in 44.1 it also could mean then that the info in other stores could be incorrect. BTW in which format do you have flac?

I have it in FLAC, mate. you're right the info from mora.jp is incorrect.

  2. Today early in the morning the site was get the final update of the all Post Traumatic editions, but I wrote this post mainly, because of the 24-bit edition. All stores has the same version of the 24-bit version of the album, but only few stores puts details about it, for example HD Tracks only says in general that the album quality is 24-bit/48.0kHz, but you will get only 6 songs in that quality (details in the link below) and the rest of them will have 44.1kHz, so take this in to account if you planning to buy it. The full 24-bit album in flac has 850 MB.

Where can we find this 850MB version of PT? The one I bought was from HDTracks.

  3. I like Mike when doing solo since there's no restrictions/boundaries to approach in songwriting. Mike is free to do whatever he wants and I like it. In LINKIN PARK, Mike is not the sole person to decide which song they're working on but there are other members of the band that have something to contribute and brainstorm every single demo they're working on. That's the reason why a LINKIN PARK record takes 2-3 years to make.

  4. If someone is interesting, Meteora and Hybrid Theory both are now available in quality 24-bit/96.0kHz., not on HDtracks, but on some other stores.

Full album Meteora has 1,2 GB, a single song for example Breaking The Habit has 110.3MB, so that's seems to be legal release. They didn't re-release that, they just update them from 24-bit/48.0khz to 96.0khz.

I have Breaking The Habit 24-bit/44.1khz from japan store and it has 77,5 MB.

What's the difference between the two versions? any links for me to go that specific store?

  5. I don't agree with Tommy being permanent LP vocalist. For couple shows ok, but not forever. Pure metalhead wouldn't be good fit for band like Linkin Park. I think Jonny Santos from Spineshank would be pretty good.

Agree. It would be much better for the band (if ever they need a new vocalist) to find someone that doesn't sound or resemble like Chester at all. A vocalist that suits the band where they are now in their career. Fans or even casual fans may not accept this but it's the only way to avoid some sorts of comparison between the two.
