My perception has changed certainly since the album came out. At first I really didn’t like it. At least until I heard the songs live. The songs translated extremely well live. Now OML is my 3rd favorite LP album (behind ATS and MTM). What hits me hard about the album is the extremely personal lyrics. The lyrics have helped me in some dark times.
Here’s my track by track review: Nobody Can Save Me is my absolute favorite song on the album, it describes exactly what goes through my head sometimes, and how I’m the only one who can help myself. Not a fan of Good Goodbye’s studio version, but the live version absolutely slaps. Talking To Myself is one of my favorite live songs, and the studio version is pretty good too, although the live version puts the studio version to shame. Battle Symphony is okay, not my favorite on the album, but not my least favorite either. Invisible is great. Love Mike taking lead vocals, and this song, along with Sorry For Now, gives me hope that when LP does come back, Mike can front the band. Heavy is my least favorite song on the album, but the live version with just Chester sounds great, wonder if there’s a demo with just Chester singing. I’d love to hear that. Sorry For Now is good as well, Again much like Invisible, I love Mike taking lead, and I hope this song will be a mainstay in LP sets for years to come, sounded excellent on the Post Traumatic tour. Halfway Right is a good one as well, I can relate to the lyrical content in ways, always fighting with myself in my head. The title track, is super super emotional, I got tears in my eyes listening to it even before Chester passed. Now it’s brutal to listen to, still one of my favorites though. Sharp Edges is a great one too, reminds me a lot of Mumford and Sons. Sounds almost folky as well.
If you read this all, you’re the real MVP!

Not sure if you guys need this. I've compiled the entire show into one file and rip it into audio files, split it and tagged with cover art.
Here's the download link: https://www.sendspace.com/file/g3wx78
Thank you!!! Amazing job!!!

i agree on that. Not only that But they was Willing to fight to win over the crowd in those few shows at the begining. I think by me living in North Carolina i would love to see or hear the 2001.07.17 Charlotte, North Carolina show i'm actually a couple of hours from their.
Oh you're from NC too? I live in Charlotte, I'd love to see that one too.

I’d wanna see Jones Beach 2001/08/09. That’s the show that High Voltage on the Hybrid Theory iTunes Deluxe edition came from. But any ozzfest show i’d be cool with. One of my favorite tours and the band really started hitting their stride as a live act during that tour.

Not a fan of all the social media drama the band has created, but I find the music to be really good. Out of the 3, this one is my favorite. and the lyrics are helping me while i'm having a bad day today and have lost all momentum in my life due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the things LPLive has gotten me into is collecting live recordings. I've always appreciated this site for releasing cool stuff. In light of recent circumstances I, xxHybridXeroxx am proud to present the other (previously uncirculated) source of Stone Temple Pilots' Saitama 2013 show! I bought this on a Japanese auction site a little over a year ago, and have kept it to myself and a few friends until now! I know TripKore released the other source, but I figured now would be a good time with 75% of the world locked down and Chester's birthday. The quality is (like all Japanese bootlegs) absolutely amazing, and I believe this source is a little longer than the Metal Hammer source. Enjoy you guys, and stay safe out there!

LOVE IT!!! Catchy, and the rap verses are absolute fire; I needed this, especially when all i've seen everywhere is Coronavirus. LMAO the album name when you download the song is "the coronavirus session 3.17.20"

Honestly everything about the way this project has been promoted screams bitter cash grab. I was super interested in this thing when I heard some of the guests that were contributing but now I'm not even sure if I'm going to listen. Sean is presenting his own revisionist version of events to sell records and it's disgusting.
Same here. It’s really messed up. The last thing they need to do is create more division in the fan base. I do like how Mike and the Rest of LP has stayed silent through the mudslinging. They know what the real truth is.

Holy shit!!! Thank you Felipe and Carl!!! WOW

Why in the world would they release music to the LPU right now?
Besides any legal stuff going on, there is no need for LP to release anything musically to the LPU in 2019. The amount of press and publicity that would come from their first post-Chester release... and it's a set of (meh) demos? Na. They need to release a song and album, then the LPU will continue with music I'm sure. Coming up on 20 years of the LPU in 2021 as well, so you know they will celebrate that in a good way. But the band's first release post-Chester isn't going to be demos. Especially with how self-conscious they are about their image. If they put out 9 demos today it would be global music news for ages and drawing attention to something that doesn't need that much attention. They are much smarter than that and if you have paid attention to them focusing on their brand and image, you'd understand that's not something they'd do.Agreed 100%

Update the source 1 with equipament infos, etc. Add a second source.

Source 1: Audio - AUD (DAT: AT943-SP > Battery Box >Sony PCM-M1)
Taper: Tim Y. (silverbullet)
Time: 65:15 mins
Format: Lossless
Comments: Sounds like it was recorded really far back. This source was extracted straight from the taper shortly after the show. MP3 is very very common but the lossless is uncirculated.
Source 2: Audio - AUD (Unknown)
Taper: Mike McElhatten

This is what's great about LP. Two different opinions and still you both are fans of the same band.
