If it's not functioning as a vocal part in the mix, it should be in the instrumental.

The opening line to Nobody Can Save Me is "I'm dancing with my demons," not "WEHH YA HEE EEE EH THE EHH," for instance.

I'd rather say it's "with my demons - de - o - e - o, -mon - my - demon - my heeaad", but your point is very well made - I'm totally with you on this

Since those pitched vocals are still vocals... this seems logical to not include them in an instrumental. At least it does to me.

I know of promo acapellas and instrumentals from another band which are separated the same way.

I was rather surprised having them on instrumentals and I would have treated them differently

BUT they were certainly not recorded for themselves being sampled in the first place so it makes sense compared with the By Myself "myself"-scratches which are kinda treated the same or that scream sample on faint (not scratched) which is also considered instrumental (tho mixed fairly quiet into the song)

Reanimation is (among OML) pretty much the easierst LP Vinyl you can find.

That said people who buy a box set and then sell individual parts are idiots in the first place.

I'm not saying that I would do it, not ever inferring anybody should do it but just saying that HTEP will be a good money maker just like the CD is

Idk about Reanimation, on amazon it says new and used from $99.99 - couldn't care less, cause it's part of the Set

I'm even grateful for another HT Vinyl cause mine has a horrible Master (probably CD Master)

This finally showed up on Amazon.ca and it was only $200 plus tax, so I pre-ordered. I will probably never even listen to the vinyls, and that 6 track EP cover looks too creepy for me to ever frame and hang on my wall. I'm really excited the CDs and DVDs though! I wouldn't have paid $300 for this but I'll take it at $200.

Pretty sure you will make a good amount of money with that HTEP Vinyl on it's own. Maybe also with the Reanimation Vinyls - I heard they were out of stock on their own

  5. If you consider a newly pressed LP it's about $29.99

Another onesided picture LP would be around $25

A double LP might as well be $39.99

Albums start at $15 today with new releases about $20 would be around $90

A book in the size of an LP with 80 pages would be another $20<

    Each DVD worth $15 I suppose - times 3 makes $45

    One lithograph about $5< I believe - times 3 makes another $15

Also a new poster should also be around $5

That's $270 total (didn't even consider how rare some stuff on there is)

tbh I calculated in German prices and EUR, but I think that's a fair calculation

If anyone begs to differ - please correct me

    $270, guys not <$200

I'm interested in acoustic versions of OML songs, since they talked so much about how the songs initially existed only as acoustic demos. Also whatever Mike's cowbell sound ended up on, as well as "Locked outside" since it made its way onto the board in that one photo along with friendly fire.

I doubt there would be any ready to release demos. the ideas they had were probobly only recorded to remember the idea not really professionally with piano or guitar for wht I remember

Hybrid Theory's only 39 minutes, there's no reason to spread it across two records unless you speed up the RPM to 45.

With the B-Sides & Rarities LP it is kinda a double LP IMO with the B-Sides being on Sides C and D
