Sounds to me like the Hybrid Party versions are just the versions on which the LPU9 and Forgotten Demos ones are based. They obviously edited the LPU9 one significantly when they released it.

A lot of the Hybrid Party tracks aren't necessarily standalone demos, they're just the building blocks they put live instruments and vocals on top of when they made complete songs.

I think both the Hybrid Party and the LPU9 versions aren't demos, but rather the tracks that the demos had been built around.

    I think it's:

    1 - Stick'n'Move (Xero Cassette)

    2 - LPU 9 Version

    3 - Hybrid Party version

4 - Stick And Move (studio rec with Mark on Vocals)

5 - Stick And Move (same rec but with Chester - HT20 version)

Then in late '99/early 2000 I guess they reworked it into Runaway with Don.

Also I find it interesting how they changed this one note in the looping pattern in the verses. I think on the HT20 version it sounds rather off, while it fits in the key in the LPU9/Hybrid Party versions. If that makes any sense

I'm 100% confident these are real.

I believe this is the first time I'm not totally with you. I mean it's damn impressive what's there to hear, BUT there's always this lowkey bad quality drumming in the background that we firstly know from backwards engineering and secondly never have had as a separate track on any LP stems. Which makes me disbelief in those. But I'd like to hear some more opinions, even more detailed ones.

I think there has been no confirmation Mark ever recorded Slip, but we generally assume he did because he is credited for the song on the LPU 11 booklet. He is not credited for Blue or So Far Away.

Well even chester has only very very little vocals on So Far Away

Has there been any updates on this, i.e. confirmed or denied?

I doubt there will be any time soon. Like if even it's out there I bet it'll take another 5 years at least for anyone to get them.

But I doubt there's multitracks out there for WY, POA, APFMH and CFTI

If it's not functioning as a vocal part in the mix, it should be in the instrumental.

The opening line to Nobody Can Save Me is "I'm dancing with my demons," not "WEHH YA HEE EEE EH THE EHH," for instance.

I'd rather say it's "with my demons - de - o - e - o, -mon - my - demon - my heeaad", but your point is very well made - I'm totally with you on this

Since those pitched vocals are still vocals... this seems logical to not include them in an instrumental. At least it does to me.

I know of promo acapellas and instrumentals from another band which are separated the same way.

I was rather surprised having them on instrumentals and I would have treated them differently

BUT they were certainly not recorded for themselves being sampled in the first place so it makes sense compared with the By Myself "myself"-scratches which are kinda treated the same or that scream sample on faint (not scratched) which is also considered instrumental (tho mixed fairly quiet into the song)

Reanimation is (among OML) pretty much the easierst LP Vinyl you can find.

That said people who buy a box set and then sell individual parts are idiots in the first place.

I'm not saying that I would do it, not ever inferring anybody should do it but just saying that HTEP will be a good money maker just like the CD is

Idk about Reanimation, on amazon it says new and used from $99.99 - couldn't care less, cause it's part of the Set

I'm even grateful for another HT Vinyl cause mine has a horrible Master (probably CD Master)

This finally showed up on Amazon.ca and it was only $200 plus tax, so I pre-ordered. I will probably never even listen to the vinyls, and that 6 track EP cover looks too creepy for me to ever frame and hang on my wall. I'm really excited the CDs and DVDs though! I wouldn't have paid $300 for this but I'll take it at $200.

Pretty sure you will make a good amount of money with that HTEP Vinyl on it's own. Maybe also with the Reanimation Vinyls - I heard they were out of stock on their own
