"SANTA ANA — A federal judge today dismissed securities fraud charges against the two remaining Broadcom Corp. defendants, ruling that a prosecutor committed misconduct by improperly attempting to intimidate defendants and witnesses.

U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney acquitted Broadcom's former chief financial officer, William Ruehle, and dismissed charges against Henry T. Nicholas III, the company's co-founder."

Nicholas is the guy that was doing Level 7 with Chester and the Julien-K guys, so this is a big day for them. Ryan and Chester have this posted all over their Twitters.

Congrats guy, hopefully this means Level 7 can continue and maybe other things can happen now like Julien-K in Europe, etc. Nice!!

This is very good news in a lot of ways... This is a complicated matter, but I'm glad everything worked out for the best. Hopefully Level 7 and Julien-K can both get back on track.
