The most notable thing he mentioned was about QWERTY, interestingly saying: "QWERTY is a good song. We might put it in, I don't know. We’re rehearsing soon, so we'll uhh.... that might be in the set, it might not, I don't know." Understandably this caused some interest with fans, as the song has only been performed nine times in 2006 and 2007. It was up for a possible performance at the 2011 Hamburg 2011 LPU Summit but seemed to cause some disagreements with the band on if they should play it or not, eventually settling on a Joe idea to perform a song by someone else with Mike recommending Adele's Rolling in the Deep. Linkin Park's last performance of QWERTY, on August 21, 2007 in Toronto, Canada - THAT'S how bad videos were back then. From 2012 to 2013, Linkin Park racked up 44 performances of VICTIMIZED, which had the bridge of QWERTY mashed into it. The last performance of that was on August 19, 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That will bring it to over 6,400+ days since QWERTY was played in full and 4,200+ days since it was performed in any form. On the From Zero World Tour, the band has pulled out surprise performances of quite a few songs, with notable debuts of Friendly Fire (also off of the Papercuts greatest hits compilation, like QWERTY), Keys to the Kingdom, and All For Nothing. The setlists have changed every leg of the tour so far with a substantial amount of songs rotating in and out right now. With Up From The Bottom expected to make its live debut, is there room for QWERTY? Also on the TikTok Live, Colin showed off his tattoos. We'll let you know if a full recording surfaces. I think "Up from the Bottom" is only a bit of a nice song, but it's the kind of song that gets better the more you listen to it. I think "Burn It Down" is terrible, it's not a great song. Quote

He should know after the September Instagram live comments went viral and his comments on more songs ended up happening that these things set the fans off big time lol In that one he said they rehearsed more Hunting Party, which was a clue that they could play All For Nothing with Page. By the way, they killed that performance. Awesome. Quote

Cesar656 Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Sometimes the band is way too serious with this kind of stuff, its like they arent allowed to talk anything that isnt in the PR speech. Like Alex's instagram Q&A, or Colin now. Sure they do it with humor, but theres a part of truth in it too Quote
