Shubho-Lp Posted March 24 Posted March 24 (edited) As far the show notes goes - the entire scream for Given Up was performed and they performed We Made It here as well - I so want to see those now Edited March 24 by Shubho-Lp adding comment Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted March 24 Posted March 24 This is so badass, this belongs to the newswire! Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted March 24 Posted March 24 So jealous of that small audicience i would rather see the band at a rehearsal than an actual show so badass!!!! Quote

c3bebuilder Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Sadly this is the only footage the uploader has left. He also mentioned in the comments the reason why Chris Cornell and Chester didn’t sing together on Fell On Black Days was because Chris arrived late due to an airport delay Quote
Shubho-Lp Posted Thursday at 10:00 AM Author Posted Thursday at 10:00 AM Any clue who is playing the keys on We Made It in this rehearsal? Adam Moonroe from Ashes Divide used to play this in PR08 Quote
SWT Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Really awesome stuff. Loved this little show. There are several shows from the MTM era that are kind of ‘’unknown’’, this performance was one (not really a ‘’show’’ but still a live performance). The others are that Club Ritual show in 2007 and the Sandisk Party in 2007. There’s a video of No More Sorrow from the Sandisk Party and Chester and the band sound amazing, has that Projekt Revolution 2007 energy and sound as it was a few months after it. Plus just a cool show, I loved Chester’s hoodie at that show. The Club Ritual show is super unknown, we only have some photos from it, unless someone has more. Probably was an epic show. 14 songs right? Before Projekt Revolution 2007, the band talking about Xero playing before System Of A Down, etc. Anyways, these videos are great. Chester sounded a little rough but it was rehearsal and they just had a few months off. The Europe 2008 shows that followed this performance are some of the best shows of the MTM era. Projekt Revolution 2008, he sounded great as well, the whole band did, they had really refined the typical MTM set at that point. My favorite MTM tour is the tour before Projekt Revolution 2007, those shows were incredible. Astoria show, Bamboozle, Rock am Ring, the shows where they opened for Pearl Jam, etc. The founder of Download said in 2017 that he thought the best the band ever sounded was at Download 2007. It’s an overlooked period for the band because there were no DSP’s and it was so long ago, but seriously, check out those shows from April to June of 2007 out if you’re into live shows of the band. Projekt Revolution 2007 is still my favorite tour of all time, though. Probably one of Busta’s crew members playing keys. Idk who it is, maybe someone will know. But yeah Adam of Ashes Divide used to join the band like you said on Projekt Revolution 2008. I wish we had this full performance. Someone said Chester did the 18 second scream again on Given Up at this show and it’s just a cool little set. It’s a shame that Chris showed up late because Fell On Black Days with Chester would have been epic as hell. I wonder if that’s why they went with Hunger Strike on the tour, because they never got to rehearse Fell On Black Days and Chester knew Hunger Strike (iconic 90’s grunge song) and decided to come out on that song instead. Or it could be that they just wanted to switch the songs. Still cool that they were considering Fell On Black Days, though. There is a little LPTV of this episode too, it’s funny. Alex from Atreyu was in it, he was there with Busta and Chris since Atreyu was headlining the Revolution Stage. Quote
