Underrated drummer, much respect for him, he always put the band FIRST, instead of trying to shine he always did what the song needed.

The perfect drummer for LP just like Brad they have a certain way to play things that no one can replicate.

I read somewhere that the band that does the best changes between electronic beats to traditional drumming was LP, because of Rob that transition was always smooth.

Undeniably, Chester and Mike were very talented. All the other old members have always been criticized by the regular audience for their lack of quality.

Honestly, the criticism is unfair, especially toward Rob.

I’m not a musician, but I think Rob is an excellent drummer. It’s a shame that he seems to have permanently stepped away from his career.

I just wish I could know if he’s okay and what he’s doing with his life. The last time we had any information about him was in 2020, and it’s very likely that will be the last time ever.

Talking about Rob, what the hell is this ?

LP Touring Inc is the company that handles the touring. Someone told me about the company registration a long time ago (like around 2019 or so since it was interesting to look at) and I decided to check again and there was a report from June 2024 that has Rob Bourdon as the CEO of the company and all the other band members as the board of directors (except Emily and Colin). If I remember correctly years ago Chester was also listed as well. Since the band was active during June 2024 (in secret) this makes me wonder if Rob is possibly still involved with the business side of the band but this is just speculation.

Rob's use of the sampler pads during shows is pretty impressive, especially when you see Colin in 2024 with the band - a different sound/style. Rob was a machine behind the kit. Hoping he shows back up one day.

My LP dream reunion would be

ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTION 2025

Rob and Brad last performance with the band.

Would be awesome if he's still active running stuff in the background! I wanna know if he's active :)

Wow! It would really be amazing if it were their farewell. It's entirely possible that Brad would perform, but I don't think the band itself would agree to have Rob join the performance, so as not to undermine Colin.

I don't think so. Rob is probably living in the middle of nowhere, enjoying what he rightfully earned and still earns with the band. Honestly, you can't say he'd be wrong for that.

LP guys are down to earth people, pretty sure that they would love to have Rob back one last show.

Even Metallica invited some ex members to perform with them (im not a Metallca fan but i know that Mustaine and Jason Newsted were not in good terms with the other members)
