The biggest news of this thing is that Rob suggested the band to meet Emily.

too bad that Mike just mentions it and doesnt go in depth.

also Emily wanted to be part of Chester's Hollywood Bowl show.

holy fuck.

Yeah....but loved the fact that Mike referred Rob as our drummer....As a friend - Rob will always have a special place in Mike's heart it feels. Recalled how he stared in amaze when Rob played the solo in Rock in Rio 2014

One thing that jumped out to me is them discussing IGYEIH being the last song to come together. To me it's definitely the song on the album when I heard it the first time that I could hear a more dead Sara influence to it and wondered if it was a fresh song they did together or was a seed mike introduced her to

I also thought it was interesting that felt rushed and that it was called Villain at some point

The other cool trivia for me was the HITC scream being the first take

Well Mike says "He believes it was Rob" but also says "it could of been someone else" Mike's memory thing could be at play here but I feel like Rob would be the last person to do that cause 1 he was distancing himself away from LP and 2 he's no longer here anymore with LP.

This interview is a gold mine. Took like two and a half hours to go through and add the information to all the Linkinpedia pages, but wow. This guy let Mike go on his tangents and that gave us exactly what we wanted LOL. Emily looks wonderful here, might I add.

For those who wanna do some reading, I updated these pages on Linkinpedia: From Zero (album), IGYEIH, Heavy Is The Crown, The Emptiness Machine, Casualty, and Two Faced. FZ album page has a lot of new information on Emily and Colin joining and their dynamic as the new members of the band.
