The shows keep on coming! Mike is performing on June 15 - the day of the release of Post Traumatic - at the KROQ Radio Sound Space!

This show is the latest addition to Mike's run of release day promo, which includes other appearances in Hollywood (at Amoeba Records the day before this) and in New York City, including a release show at the Gramercy Theater.

It is quite likely this show will be livestreamed! Linkin Park performed at the KROQ Sound Space around the time The Hunting Party was released, and it was streamed in its entirety (as most bands' sets are). That set featured the first true full performance of 'Wastelands,' as well as some other goodies from the record such as 'Guilty All The Same' and 'Until It's Gone.' We'll have more livestream information as the show nears.

Watch the band perform the awesome Mashup Intro #1 and 'Guilty All The Same' at their KROQ Sound Space performance in 2014.

If you want to go, you have some options. KROQ is holding a contest that you can apply for for the chance to win a pair of tickets - sign up here, it's quick and easy! The LPU is holding a similar contest, though if you're applying your chances are much better due to the (probable) smaller raffle. If you're an LPU member, you can apply here.

Anyone planning on trying to snag some tickets? This was the second show announcement of the day, with two shows in Russia being announced this morning. As mentioned before, Mike will also be doing appearances around Los Angeles and New York City in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for more opportunities to see him. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates, and join the LPLive Discord for discussion with fans around the world!

PT is getting more promotion than THP haha, great.

Makes much more sense for a technically new act to go out and do a bunch of events surrounding an album release than it does for a well-established band to already do that. Not to say Linkin Park hasn't done extensive promo for albums before, but ya know.

But for THP they played this exact same event plus an iHeartRadio event just after it. That's much bigger than an in store appearance at Amoeba.

The iHeartRadio release party for THP was a pretty cool show. I liked the format of that one, and the interviewer was a good one.
