RogueSoul
Asia, you're back in the spotlight! Mike's expanding this summer's Post Traumatic Asian Tour with a show in Incheon, South Korea at the annual Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival between August 10 and August 12! This is the fifth show on the tour thus far, with previously announced dates at Japan's Summer Sonic Festival, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Additional dates in China are also heavily rumored. This is another festival date, and the lineup is pretty intense, with Nine Inch Nails headlining and support from international acts including Suchmos (Japan) and The Bloody Beetroots (Italy). It's been awhile since Mike's been in South Korea - it's been almost 7 years since Linkin Park performed in Seoul on the A Thousand Suns World Tour in 2011. A pretty standard show as far as setlists go, with epic A Thousand Suns tracks 'When They Come For Me,' 'The Catalyst,' and 'Iridescent' all in the fray, but a great one as can always be expected in Asia. While it's been years since Mike's played there, other band members haven't stayed away: Mr. Hahn recently did a DJ set in Seoul in April of this year, celebrating the 10th anniversary of BOONTHESHOP. Koreans don't play around. Check out this awesome performance of 'In The End' from Seoul 2011. Anyone planning on going? It's not long before Mike hits the stage again, with a performance at Hollywood's Amoeba Records slated for June 14 (just before the release of Post Traumatic) and in Camden, New Jersey on June 30 for Radio 104.5's 11th Birthday Celebration. RentEznor
Mike and Trent in the same show, that's nuts (have they ever played on the same show as NIN or LP? Don't think so) but I don't expect them to sing together though, sadly. Edited June 1, 2018 by KlaytonShinoda
hahninator
The festival is three days. Mike and NIN won't play the same day. Mike will probably headline his own day.
leftshoe18
As a huge Nine Inch Nails fan it's really cool to see Mike on the same bill as them.
hahninator
I was wrong. Mike opens for NIN, the date is out and it's August 11th. That's really cool.
