I loved the movie too - so many great moments and details, as well as the emotional aspects shown! I really appreciated Brad's honest take on "holding onto the rocket ship" while LP kept getting more and more successful back then. I'm so happy that the band found a way to reinvent themselves and the movie showed their thought process really well. I do however feel that Emily appears guarded compared to the other members. She's a goofball for sure (like Chester) but it seems to me she doesn't fully let the fans look behind the emotional curtain (which is fine, btw - maybe that will change). Lastly, I was wondering: Why/How did they have high-quality, multi-angle recordings of these earliest conversations?

What an awesome show it was! I was right in front, in the center. My first LP show in like 10 years! A small Linkinpedia correction about Dr. Dre's "The Next Episode" being played during the intro of Overflow: That high-pitched synth is played by Joe (not Mike), I'm pretty sure. @RogueSoul

I'd say let's not try to dive straight into controversies that are created by news outlets (and Reddit), until we hear statements from the band. It's not clear to what extent she's actually still involved with any of this.

I wasn't one of the people who got mad. But I guess, they could have announced 9/5 more directly without the riddle (even though the riddle was pretty obvious). I think people would have been fine if they had announced something big was coming on 9/5 without cryptic messaging. I didn't mind it though and it was classic LP
