  1. I think they'll just use the setlist they used on the MTM touring cycle, get rid of some songs for new ones and that's about it. That's my prediction because LP doesn't really do anything exciting with their set. I would LIKE however, an acoustic rendition of Numb, maybe a new intro for Faint, bring back some older songs like Figure.09 and Qwerty if they do it 06 style and so forth. I also would like Mike to rap something other than like Petrified/In Stereo over POA. He has done cooler songs on occasion (Step Up, High Voltage, High Road, It's Goin' Down, etc.) but lately he has only done Petrified. I want RTN.

I think so. I think they'll use new setlists only when new touring cycle will start. Just like 2006, they used old style setlist... I think they'll do shows in 2009 (summer Euro shows maybe?) with slightly modified setlists from MTM tour... The new setlists will be up, only when new cycle starts... It will happen laate 09 or early 10.
  2. After the new album is done and they start touring again, the only Minutes To Midnight songs that I want to see in the setlists are Given Up (No wake), Bleed It Out, What I've Done and No More Sorrow. The rest of the songs on the album are great studio, but SUCK live IMO. Not too much Meteora either. I really want to see a lot of new songs and a lot of Hybrid Theory songs because I think HT songs sound the best live.

    I absolutely agree with you!

    But I'm pretty sure they'll keep SOTD and LOATR :( :( :( It's singles...

    22. One Step Closer ***PYRO***

    SO SWEET
  3. I think they'll play BTH piano... BTH piano sounded good, much more interesting than other piano versions (no, still, 2006 [and early 2007] version of PMA [faster one] piano is better, but BTH good too). Also, I hope they'll drop POA... I'm SO BORED of this song :D Papercut in every setlist would be better...

  4. ************************************************* I HAVE NO WORDS..... -_-

I visited linkin-park.it couple times, but I don't remember there was not legal files or not... If not - I don't understand. So the fans' live recordings, live cds, proshot videos are not legal too? BULLSHIT! Hope they won't close any Lithuanian Linkin Park site...

  5. Update One Step Closer. Add new powerful bridge, update outro, extend last chorus. New intro, which can work between APFMH and OSC would be cool. They need to make that song very long and close every show with it.

Create brand new and powerful intro to Papercut. Use it in every setlist. Remove POA for ever.

Stop playing Somewhere I Belong in every setlist. I know, it's lead single of Meteora, but it's totally bored... I love album version, but live version sucks for me... Brand new intro, outro, updated bridge can help it sound cool... My idea would be - rewrite guitar and drums parts for that song, let's make guitars heavier than in album (Now for some reasons SIB guitar parts sounds too weak comparing to album version, imo) and very heavy drums.

Do some acoustic guitar MTM versions. LOATR? :D I'm saying it, because LOATR are most boring song of the setlist now...

Add Joe elements to No More Sorrow and Given Up. Joe does NOTHING during these songs. I hate that.

Play Lockjaw in setlists instead Wake. Wake is very bored too. I love when Given Up is playing without Wake, with Mike saying "one-two-three" over intro.

And add some fire effects to the show. I know, Chester hates pyrotechnics, but, still I'm dreaming to see some fire effects at the show (Fire effects without any blowing up at first and last songs only...)... Sorry, If you didn't understand what I wanna to say... My english is poor.

I have no good ideas now :(

  6. Opener: Don't Stay. But NO, I don't wanna see DS opener anymore, LP ruined that song since 2007... So now I would pick No More Sorrow / One Step Closer.

Close Main Set: Bleed It Out.

Open Encore: Crawling w/Reanimation intro or What I've Done. I think BIO with drums intro works good too. Cure For The Itch too.

Close Encore: ONE STEP CLOSER ONLY. Faint works good too, but OSC is best LP closing song for ever. I don't think that LP need Reanimation bridge, LP created a lot of good extenders during past years, so I think this is no problem to create better bridge, and maybe make longer and more powerful outro.

Like Hahninator said, I think Faint or Crawling opening would be interesting too. But, of course, both should have new (really powerful) intros. But every setlist should be closed with One Step Closer, there not needed any rotation.

  7. My personal favorite show, you know, is Vilnius :)

    Three reasons, WHY:

    1. I was there and first time I saw LP live.

    2. Crowd was incredible.

    3. Awesome set + Chester sang everything very well (Personally, I think his voice was best during three shows - Skive, Vilnius and Brno).

    Best crowd...

Mmm... I think something between Lisboa, MSG and Tampa. Vilnius not so far (look at these vids -

    ;

    Best SBD:

Personally, I hate almost all 2008 SBDs (especially summer SBDs). Not looking to Chester's voice and not good mixing, I think that the best SBDs are - Hannover, Frankfurt, London (night 1), MSG, Tampa.

    Good audience recordings:

Sure, Camden. I like Brno too.

  8. Vilnius show should be marked black in 2008 page. It has two sources. Audio source already posted, video source is on FFM trade page - http://sckofelngtrade.site50.net/shows/video/20080610.php

Also, some notes from Vilnius show's page - gone!

Brad messed up TLTGYA guitar solo. Also, looks like Mike broke his microphone at the end of RME. Also one more note, that there was something wrong during Mike's part of OSC intro (listen to recordings -

or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXCoOhdmmRM), it isn't very needed note, but still, it's very easy to notice OSC intro wasn't performed normally...
  9. BIO Auburn destroys BIO MK.

Agree :D. BIO there was performed most powerful of entire MTM tour, I think :D

Also If I would have to choose WID, I would choose:

From Atlanta '07 + added new intro

btw my last compilation list was:

    01. No More Sorrow (Toronto)

    02. Lying From You (Toronto)

    03. Somewhere I Belong (Detroit)

    04. Wake (Raleigh)

    05. Given Up (Mix of West Palm Beach and Selma)

    06. From The Inside (Auburn)

    07. Papercut (Phoenix)

    08. Points Of Authority (West Palm Beach)

    09. In Pieces (San Bernardino)

    10. Shadow Of The Day (San Bernardino) - ONLY because Chester's talk over intro :D

    11. What I've Done (Atlanta)

    12. Numb (Auburn)

    13. Pushing Me Away (Auburn)

    14. Breaking The Habit (Auburn)

    15. Crawling (Auburn)

    16. Little Things (Atlanta)

    17. In The End (Atlanta)

    18. Bleed It Out (Toronto)

    ---

    19. Cure For The Itch (Cuyahoga Falls)

    20. QWERTY (Cuyahoga Falls) - I could choose Toronto, but I was a bit bored of it :D

    21. One Step Closer (Charlotte) - this is totally random choose.

    22. Faint (Mix of Greenwood Village and Holmdel)

  10. I think it's strange to use songs from both years touring... 2007 and 2008 recordings are SO DIFFERENT... But still, respect for your idea ;) I've done couple tours' compilations for myself. Making compilations isn't very hard to do, only, crowd's difference between tracks is problem... :(

    BTW, if I would choose:

    2. Papercut - something between PHOENIX '07 and TAMPA '08

    3. From the Inside - from Auburn '07 But need to modify end of the song (last Chester's scream is so funny  )

    4. Bleed It Out - from East Troy '08 + speed-up outro from somewhere.

    6. In The End - from Atlanta '07... Bridge is INCREDIBLE...

    Good luck ;)

  11. Chester was absolutely fucking TERRIBLE at Shadow of the Day, Leave Out All the Rest, and In Pieces when they started playing them in 2007. He got better at the first 2 as time went on though.

Terrible? Yeah, yeah, OK, I'm not going to debate about it, but for me 2008 performances of the songs are terrible, but not 2007.

And will you please quit talking about Auburn like it's the greatest fucking thing ever every chance you get?

For me it's really one of the best shows, which LP did at MTM tour... (Especially I love Chester energy at the show). I'm not saying that it's the best show... I think best shows was at Meteora touring (especially 2004)

It's poorly mixed (as all the PR07 shows are), and it's a mediocre (at best) performance by the band.

"Poorly mixed"... OH YEAH... 2008 are "mixed better"   It's funny... I've never heard worse mixes than LP's 2008 (excluding KROQ mixes) ...

Whatever... Please do not answer this my post... Ignore it... This is ONLY MY opinion, and I'm not going to change it. THE END.

  12. SODT

    TLTGYA

    In Pieces

    Valentine's Day

    We Made It

    Crawling

    From The Inside

    WID

    PMA piano version

    BTH

My December piano version, and bring back the original version!

It makes me laugh a bit

SOTD, WID, Crawling, BTH? Do you think LP will ever delete these from setlist? Impossible... Maybe for setlists rotating only, but I don't think that they can play more than five shows without BTH or WID on tour.

Whatever, this is just your opinion, so never mind my post :)

  13. Yeah his voice has easily gotten worse since MTM came out. No doubt. RTR was one of the shows where his voice was weakest....ever in my opinion. MWT 04 he was off, but for the international 04/PR04 shows he was back perfect. Japan 06 he was great, but with MTM man he just...his voice got pretty bad.

Agree :) But I've noticed, that during the PR04 Chester sang slightly different. Just compare with RAR04... I don't say that PR04 voice was weak, I can say only that his voice here sounds very strange. And btw, I think at 2006 his voice was greatest ever.
  14. Where is info about TLTGYA solo mess up on Vilnius page? Now it's gone for unknown reasons. Also, I think you should add info about What I've Done intro at Vilnius show. It was different (not blending from SOTD)...

AND, I see, you like to write cities names in original language, like Venezia instead Venice or Lisboa instead Lisbon... So I think - Rīga, instead Riga (According Wikipedia).

  15. Sweet, I went to the Auburn show!!!! Better than the portland show of 04 that I saw.

You are lucky. I think Auburn '07 was best show of entire MTM cycle.

I can count only few shows, where Chester sang very well:

    Webster Hall 2007

    Entire European Tour 2007

First part of Projekt Revolution 2007

After that Chester started singing very weak... Especially it feels during No More Sorrow and One Step Closer choruses...
