  1. Wow. That was intense... Thanks for the link.
  2. Wow, this was really interesting. I think, this is the first time I've seen a interview that goes into their past that much. Pretty intense.
  3. Cool newsletter. It surprises me that Chester and Phoenix love Blackout so much. Why didn't they do it live more often then?!
  4. Hey guys, this is something we have been noticing over the last few weeks: A lot of you had a quick question about a special show or the equipment the band uses and opened a new thread in hope of a quick response. Unfortunately, the "Live Discussion" and "General LP Discussion" - sections became a mess full of dead threads with only three replies. This is why we decided to create this thread. If you have a quick question that doesn't deserve its own thread, feel free to post it here so that other users can answer it as soon as possible. That way, the sections stay clear of clutter and the real important topics are still on top. Thank you very much for your appreciation -Nico

  6. Amazing post, Mark! Well, I attended the summit and the Hamburg show which is, along with Leipzip, my favourite one of the tour (not only because I've been there). These shows had the best setlist and the band seemed to enjoy them very much. I remember watching Chester during Papercut and he was smiling all over his face In addition, Chester and Mike talked the most to the crowd at these shows which is a very important part of live shows in my opinion. That's the perfect changeover to my first main criticism: The interaction with the crowd. Nearly no talking at all, they just played their set straight through most of time =/ I paid a lot of money (their shows are over-priced anyway) to see them and that's why I want to get entertained. I want to see that they're having fun and make the whole money worth it. That didn't happen once again although I have to admit that it got a bit better if I compare it to 2010. The next point should be clear: The setlists. I don't need to explain anything, most of you have the same opinion on it. The reason why they don't switch something up by playing one or two old songs the hardcore fans want to hear are incomprehensible to me. The fact that they dropped One Step Closer for a few shows isn't acceptable as well. It's good to see they dropped a few singles, but they just can't do that with One Step Closer. This is the song that gets the crowd going off every time! Well, on a positive note, I think, they played their songs perfectly. Chester's voice was on top and you could really see how good these six guys actually are at making music and playing it live. We'll see what Asia brings, but I don't expect anything It was a solid tour that could have been much better though... Typical Linkin Park.
  7. This. This. This. This. What I've Done from this tour is another example... This whole thing is really annoying in my opinion and I'm not appreciative of it at all. I mean, they don't talk much to the crowd in general (which is something I completely hate about their shows), but you can't cut Chester off if he wants to say something...
  8. This. I still remember the first performance of this song at the VMAs a few days before the release of ATS in the US. They improved a lot. One of my favourite live songs now
  9. I don't understand why they don't throw in a surprise every here and there...
  10. Okay, let's see what the encore brings. Iridescent, Blackout, New Divide, In The End, Bleed It Out? Or something different?
  11. Loving the crowd too. I don't think I've ever seen a moshpit during Numb lol
  12. Really good show so far even though the setlist is the same. The Catalyst was awesome!
