All that MTV did in the past was usually a short news report about one of the show, but they don't do that anymore. Maybe we get something for MTV World Stage but I doubt it.

I lost this SIB clip along with the Chester interview a looong time ago. Glad to see someone still has this. The Docks in Hamburg got to be the only venue where LP, Fort Minor and Dead By Sunrise performed.

It's on iTunes, not on the CD. It's a bonus and it's almost for free too.I admit that I won't but this deluxe version from iTunes cause I rather buy the real CD of the album which comes with mp3's too. They should have offered an iTunes download link in the game! There was never really a way to hear the song outside of the game, unless it was extracted. I think it would have been a damn shame if we never got a better quality version of this song. It's also a chance for the other people who had no chance to play the game to own the song now legally. Like 1% bought the game and everyone else downloaded it from somewhere cause it was too exclusive.

We wanted Blackbirds in better quality on iTunes and now we're getting it, so what's the problem? It would be better as a b-side on The Catalyst CD though imo. I don't mind a mastered and higher quality version at all. But I wouldn't be surprised if we get Blackbirds on a CD later on with a tour edition.

The German itunes store doesn't have the song until August 3rd. So I assume it's the same all over the world. August 2nd is the radio premiere and also the day it's available for the people who pre-ordered.
