That's depend on what's the source of those two.

I'm not sure in which scenario a 128k aac beats a 384 mp2, but obviously the source should be more or less identical in this case. I'd rather take a source with a lowpass at 20kHz than a source witha lowpass below 16kHz.

No. The 384kbps MP2 audio track is of much better quality than the webstream's 128kbps AAC.

Mark stopped uploading to my FTP about a month ago, I dunno if he forgot about it, has bandwidth issues or lost his external^^ He's welcome to continue to upload, so we can create a master torrent eventually.

I'm in favor of going the "master torrent on LP bits" route. To check for corrupted files during the upload process I wanted to run a md5/sfv before torrent creation.

I'd offer my help (dedicated server) to get this seeded/distributed and to keep it alive afterwards.
