Unfortunately, I didn't have the money when Chester was alive (only managed Bucharest concert in 2012), so I gave my best while this new start with From Zero is amazing. I hope the future album will be the same. Anyway, I went to Frankfurt (09.07.2025), Rock Am Ring (05.06.2026) and Vienna (09.06.2026)

Before Rock Am Ring I asked Lorenzo about any chances of getting the 2007 full perfomance one day. He didn't say anything else besides: Every show somebody asks me about that show. It needs to make sense like Rock Am Ring 2001. But the setlist this year at Rock Am Ring was better that the 2007 one. We need that for Chester. Maybe we get it with MTM 20th Anniversary. The only song I really wanted to see live was Casualty, but I'm glad I managed to see them 3 times in the last 11 months.

BBC Interview:

I saw the most important parts of the show for myself, being in the pit (Two Faced, APFMH, OSC, Heavy Is the Crown, etc.) and the new livestream edit does not show what it was suppose to show: the pits moshing, not only the pits preparing to mosh and at the break down, they cut to the band. I like to see the crowd at least the same as the band on the break downs. That's one of the reasons RAR performances felt so strong. The audio quality is great, although. Later edit: this is how they suppose to edit those camera angles. I guess the live editing for big bands is done by someone who knows exactly what to bring up knowing the cues for the songs so I think LP only wanted to really familiarise ourselves with the band. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19ARNXjaC5/

I'm in Vienna. We met last night with Lorenzo and Adam at the Addicted to Rock venue where abour 120 LPU-ers attended. It was my first time meeting like this and it was awesome.

For me, the most important thing in an edit is to able to see the crowd when you suppose ton see the crowd. That's what we liked so far about LP's 2004 and 2007 RAR Rockpalast/MTV performances. You need to see the pits losing it. We can also hear the singers. Some different camera angles will improve a show a lot. Take the 2001 RAR "With You" intro - that was the best edit of that show. Afterwards it was not so good, it was kinda rubish at some points, but that intro camera angle is one of a kind.

Oh, man, that Nu Metal Time Machine was so dope. I'm still hurting from those A section mosh-pits. I was alone from Romania but I have made at least 7 great german friends. Everyone was super nice.

I think you keep skiping the part where Mike said numerous times that the most important thing about a singer, every singer, was to be able to get along. I saw The Pretty Reckless yesterday at Rock Am Ring, and Taylor Momsen sounded fucking amazing, but it looks like she clearly have some problems. It looked to me like she was like Chester in pre-2007 era... It will be a shame for music if she relapses and dies ahead of time.

Let me tell, being there, in section A. I grew up watching LP at Rock Am Ring so it was a matter of time to resolve it. The timing was perfect. Usually, you may be lucky to get into section A at Rock Am Ring after each performer, but after Papa Roach it seemed that the crowd got even tighter, it seemed that nobody got out. It was jam packed. You don't get this packed on stadium concerts. If you get panic attacks easily, this is not for you. I saw some people crying. Let's get to the serious stuff: I was hoping to open with With You for the 25th RAR LP Anniversary, but we never saw it played in, like, a decade. When I first heard that intro from RAR 2001, my mind went crazy. I yelled at the people around me: "Fuck! With You..." I tried to open up the pit but I had no experience in doing so - being so fully jammed, you literally had to push people to get the pits going. But we managed to control the pit by the end of With You and after that we flied. And then A Place for My Head was absolutely magical... Let's not forget Two Faced... What an awesome experience it was. It was just as I hoped it would be, but better because at the end of Faint I managed to do my very first crowd surfing. Side note: the audio on the Ring seemed off, but I saw today that the wind influences the sound of the speakers a lot. The speakers are not secured to the ground, so every movement of them resulted in some bad audio levels. P.s. I'll be in the LPU Pit in Vienna with Early Entry (it will be my first EE ever - do people usually run to the stage, or they walk respectfully ?)

Did Mike hinted at the possibility that Brad would return for next year's tour, when he handed that signed hat to Natalie ? Not that Alex doesn't do a great job, because he does.

For some reason, I consider this song one of the least favorite of the album. I'm happy for y'all liking it, but I feel that those high pitch verses made me feel that way. I'm hoping for "Casualty".

Thank you everyone who tried to help me with LPU pre-sale codes and for trusting me with them! Those did not help me because I respected a last minute change of mind from some of you! Just pure luck helped me today for one ticket. I needed two. If anybody wants to sell an 2. FOS ticket for Frankfurt, please contact me. Thank you!

From Romania, I checked that link with 1ClickVPN Chrome extension (free) and it works, after making myself a free account. The downside is the bitrate of that stream. It seems at most 400p. I'm hoping that somebody will help us with a better stream quality. https://globoplay.globo.com/tv-globo/ao-vivo/6120663/

I just saw that LP will headline Soundstorm with Eminem on Thursday https://ibb.co/bdsC97v Have they ever meet on stage/backstage somewhere ?

Happy Birthday dude! From my knowledge, renting a stadium on the week days is cheaper than the weekends, so maybe that's why there are so many middle of the week shows, beside the fact that they cannot play only during weekends, otherwise they'll never end the tour in 2025. There are some gaps. I'm looking at the beginning of June (Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park) - it would feel kinda weird to not play there in '25. I will try to go to Frankfurt if I will find a great field spot. Any chances that somebody can help me with an LPU pre-sale code, please (for one ticket, PM please, if so) ? P.s. the only time I replayed a video so much as the Two Faced was when Faint got the 4K upgrade (I'm an old school fan so, I've been waiting for this style since at least 2007). Colin's drum kit is sooo damn good soundwise.

That voice sounds like a kid's voice to me, not Emily's. Or was Em having a cold or something because you can hear some moisturizing nostrils

For me, except The Hunting Party, I could not find an LP album to like at least 5 songs out of it since Minutes to Midnight, so I'm on the Casualty and IGYEIH style of it. Since No Roads Left I haven't heard Mike do something that special with his voice, like on Casualty. And the fact that there are some songs where we can barely could identify Em's voice, it's spectacular. And I think that Colin's drumming skills give a more natural heavy sound to this band. I remember Rob's drum kit in 2012 which sounded sooo damn pop-ish - I can't even talk about One More Light - that was a flop for me.
-
Wow, seats in a stadium field !? Was there a funeral there ?😁 Happy for you mosh-pit-ers! Keep it rockin'!

I don't think there is something much worse for a band than seeing the crowd standing still, not doing anything... this seems like a opera concert or something like that. My last concert was a Rammstein concert last year and I could swear 99% of the crowd was engaged in some sort of physical movement during the full show. Here, in this video, it seems that the majority of the crowd was at a listening party. And it's good that the shows are sold outs, but to have a crowd that doesn't do anything is the worst thing. What kind of feedback does that give to the band, on a song that's so energetic and wants you to "break some stuff up" ? Or these are the people who loved One More Light and can't go back to the hybrid of this band ?

Said the guy "fuck-off-ing" people 😅 P.s. for anyone's knowledge, that wink ("😉") was put there because nobody took in consideration the fact that this might be the reason - "everybody" talked about other things - you take it however you want it. I didn't meant it in any offensive way whatsoever - y'all made it to seem offensive for no reason. 😉
