What the hell? I'm open to remixes and all for them, but...yikes.
-
You're not alone in that, I think Rammstein has absolutely amazing shows. Even so, I'm happy that Linkin Park won.I've said this a lot of times and no one agrees, but Rammstein has the best show
But why fight about who is the best? Opinions are opinions and we'll never agree, we can be like this forever... It's pointless
-
Yep, this. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm not spending $60 on virtually nothing. My membership goes til may...so I will just sit back and wait to see how things turn out.

It seems so, can't find it anywhere.Hi LPLive. I'm back on my computer... I can't find the Stuttgart DSP on the demon site... Did someone upload it and, due to some reason isn't available anymore ?
-
Wish I had one of those fancy demon accounts, too. Ah well, maybe I'll scrounge up the money to dl the shows on LP.com one of these days.
-
I remember the good ol' days when we were allowed to share the DSPs...damn you, Warner.
-
Yes, please!Lets hope for Burning In The Skies/Robot Boy/Blackout debut (:

Epically awesome, way to go, guys!

Good, everyone can stfu now.

It's a rock concert, it's SUPPOSED to destroy your ears. If people want to listen to their music loudly, it's their own damn choice. It's not for any gov't to meddle in, good intentions or not.OK. All of you....you don't FUCKING know what you're talking about. Maybe some of you will think I'm an ass or whatever, but I totally support the Argentina governement on this one.
Do you know music at too loud level can destroy your ears? etc. etc.
-
I'm thinking you need to take an actual listen to the album. Also, why shouldn't Robot Boy be played eventually? There may be better songs on the album, but Robot Boy is still excellent and very solid in its own right. Why would you want Robot boy to be played!? It's a darn interlude!

It's your own opinion, don't sweat it. Everyone's just grumpy that they didn't get to go, I know I am. XDi will say this. I am generally happy with the setlists. whatever i said before i did not mean to come across as a complainer. I overall like the setlists
That said, I cannot wait for them to come to the States.
-
LOL nice. Looking forward to it.I'm going to blackout at any minute now. I came back home physically damaged and psychologically deranged. Like, fucking seriously. YESTERDAY WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY ENTIRE MOTHERFUCKING LIFE. Review coming tomorrow.
-
If anything, they should have closed with a song they've never closed with before. But I guess WID is fine, for now.
I fixed your post for you.All A Thousand Suns songs apart fromRobot Boy, Burning in the Skies and Blackout are awesome. -
Now all I'm waiting on are videos. WTCFM should be interesting...
-
Ah, well. At least they're not closing with Empty Spaces.Finish!
-
I wouldn't count on midnight, but most likely it'll be up on MTV.com. If not, then the LP website.ok well its 7:45 NYC time & im waiting cause i just want too see the setlist. BUT BTW!
is the WFTE music video going to be up on FB/YT/LP or MTV.com??????????????? by midnight??

Guess I'm the only one hoping for Robot Boy.

I feel so much better about the 'upgraded' LP Underground experience now.

And you don't think religious people are obsessed with their gods sometimes? At least Mike cares about his fans in some way, but that's another discussion entirely.T
I hope you didn't mean it when you said mike is god!!
Comments like that disgust me! I don't understand why fans of musicians glorify and idiolize them as if they were god! That comment is a little scary because it sounds as if you are obsessed. I'm not trying to be a dick but just expressing my feelings!
Anyway, Mike finally updated his blog again.

Oh no, not a boycott! Then LP won't make any money to make more "crappy" albums!Maybe it's a bad reason okey, but believe me there have been people who wanted to boycott the album. But I like the LP album yet but I do unfortunately not easy :/
But oh wait, they charted at #1 in 14 countries. Looks like a boycott would have been ineffective either way...
That was a truly great post, and sums up all my feelings as well. I'd have to admit that I cried as well listening to "Blackout" for the first time, because I could not believe they could make music better than they have done in the past. Their music can only get better from here, now that they've broadened their horizons!Well said.
Making the music for yourselves is the important thing, hoping everyone likes it so you can continue making music for everyone to enjoy.
I, for one, loved this record from the first listen. Not because I'm a fanboi™, but because I love music. I enjoy everything from LP to Herbie Hancock. Metallica to Bach. And I realized that this was LP's "Dark Side of the Moon". It literally blew my mind the first time, and still currently does every time that I hear it, to the point that I had tears listening to it at the firehouse the first time that I heard it. And still get chills from "The Catalyst" and "The Messenger", and now when I listen to "Wretches and Kings" I can see Chester just AMPED singing the chorus and Mike with this HUGE smile on his face, and relaxed. When I saw them for PR 07 and 08, they were tired, touring almost since the release of MtM non-stop. At the show 2 weeks ago, they were fresh, and even the older stuff (see: OSC, Numb) they seemed excited to play it (Brad smiling was a first for me).
To me, that's a product of putting out something that they are truly love and believe in. And that's what it's about. Loving what you do, because if you don't, you're gonna be miserable, get the fuck out and do what makes you happy. What else are we here on this Earth for?
Damn straight. Also, you need to learn to spell check. It is hard to take anything you write seriously when you sound like a 2 year old.

ahm yes i'm ats hater but Ive it only bought to keep for my archive. believe me when the next album will so bad and we'll not even sell 200,000. Sorry mike.
Worst reason to buy an album ever. And you know you can't say in confidence that their next album won't sell when it's plain to see that ATS has already sold fairly well because of their large loyal fanbase and general appeal.

Happy birthday, Fabio, I wish the best for you!
