  1. when i read the hint i instantly knew what site it was, that blog is fuckin insane omg.

the song is so fuckin ill, mike's voice is unbelievable! and b-real's rapping was awesome, the lyrics are really cool, i expected some battle lyrics or somethin like the usual cypress hill, but the actually did lyrics that mike usually rolls with.

  2. A greatest hits album would be bad. At least it would promote awareness of the band however.

Every band who is around for more than a decade is gonna release a Greatest Hits album at some point. Or a previous label does it for them. It's the natural course of things.

a greates hits album would be kinda good, usually those albums have 2 or 3 exclusive tracks

  3. Eminem aint got nothing on 2Pac. Nuff Said.

wtf! i never said anything about 2pac, but if you wanna go there, then eminem can own 2pac easy, eminem's very skilled and does multi syllibical rhyming, hes a beast at freestyling, and doesnt give a fuck about dissing other famous ppl. plus pac's dead already so let him RIP

  4. MS - Nobody's listening

    LP Back in the cut

over basement tracks with raps that got you backin' this up

    like rewind that

we're just rollin' with the rhythem

Rise from the ashes of stylistic division

with these non-stop/lyrics of life livin'

I just fuckin love "Rise from the ashes of stylistic division"

    that line totally suits LP.

  5. I think its "gangs" not "games."

It's games man, he's telling the wack rappers they dont got game -_-

Meanwhile I just grip my mic

And hope me and my team make it through alright

Because say what you will, and say what you might

But don't ignore who it's for at the end of the night

    -dedicated

i automatically rap with it when it arrives at this lines.^^

    awesome.

LOL ME TOO I LOVE THAT SONG!
  6. There's also a reference to LP in an episode of Smallville, can't remember excatly what though.

it's in one of the first seasons, when they got some kind of radio message froam the future or something like that (cant remember) and clark with his super hearing, hears something chloe didnt, so she asks him how did he hear it, and he says "well yea, i guess i missed to many linkin park concerts"

  7. they played the Cure For The Itch (the whole song, not just as an intro) for the first time 7 years after it had been released on the HT...

wtf didnt they play it tons like in 2000?

and anyways, we all know mike doesnt wanna play it live, Rob on the LPU chat said it just didnt sound right in the rehearsals, but thats bs, it probably sounded great and mike just doesnt wanna do it live

  8. What's the difference between them?

Radio Edit #1 (3:37) - This version is found on the Australian CD single of the song. It lacks the few seconds of guitar feedback at the beginning of the song and fades in abruptly on the first repetition of the guitar riff with the "watch them flee" sample. This version (and all following versions) has the "Put it out for the world to see..." chorus in it.

Radio Edit #2 (3:44) - Essentially the same thing as the first radio edit, except it does have the guitar feedback at the beginning.

    PS: Thnx Astat

  9. i thought this was an actual album ha

ibought the actual cd years ago at an f.y.e.

didnt no it was a mixtape :P

when i downloaded it, it didnt say weather it was mixtape or album, but im guessing its a mixtape, cause its full of remixes and, the tracks on it arent actually new stuff he had just made, they are remixes he did for other rappers or such, for example the ENTH E ND track, he didn't make it for his album, he made it for Reanimation, and then just put it on his album or mixtape, its probably a compilation album of previous stuff he did.

  10. So I was downloading a mixtape of Kutmasta Kurt (the guy who remixed 'In The End' for Reanimation) called "Rednecks Olympics", and it had 2 LP tracks, Enth E Nd (titled as In The End remix) and a skit of Mike Shinoda on the phone with him (track 5).

In a different thread I saw someone asking for Motion Man tracks and on this mixtape there are 2 tracks with Motion Man.

Here's the tracklist of the mixtape:

    1 - RNO - Intro

2 - Beastie Boys - Body Movin' (Remix)

3 - Dilated Peoples - Work The Angles

    4 - MosDef & Diverse - Wildin Out (Remix)

5 - Mike Calling To Say Hi (Skit)

6 - Linkin' Park - In The End (Remix)

    7 - Del & Mr Lif - 360 Degrees (Remix)

    8 - Planet Asia - Golden Age

    9 - Titan feat Motion Man - 1, 2, 3, 4 (Remix)

    10 - Jason D (Skit)

    11 - Rasco - Ready 2 Rock

    12 - Blackalicious - Redemption (Remix)

    13 - Grand Agent - Every 5 Minutes

    14 - PMD (Skit)

15 - PMD from EPMD - Straight From The Heart

    16 - 7L & Esoteric - Rest In Peace

    17 - Planet Asia & 427 - Bringin' It Back (Remix)

    18 - Marvyn (Skit)

19 - Motion Man - Show Up For Practice

    20 - Resorte - Brotha (Remix)

    21 - Kool Keith - Don't Believe U (Remix)

22 - Bonus Track - Groovy D Interviews The Funky Redneck

    Download the skit here.

Astat adds that the mixtape came out in 2004, but we are posting it here for the first time in case anyone would like to check it out. These little media pieces are pretty cool for your collection if you're into that kind of stuff. Enjoy!
